One scenario is that he can still be president from jail, but if he is president he can technically also pardon himself so no need for Supreme court. Although I guess at some point they would be involved in some way. The other scenario is of course he does not get enough votes to win the election so I guess then yes it would eventually end up in Supreme Court?
