Sorry, I looked, I searched, couldn't find anything remotely close, apologies if this has been covered before please feel free to merge or delete. I have had one AZ vax & due a 2nd in November, the Mrs was trying hard to get vaccinated, now it all happens at once, yesterday she registered locally for 1 jab Sinovac, followed by 1 jab AZ, then this morning she gets a message from Bangkok Pattaya hospital to pay for 2 jabs of Moderna jab date unknown, but all paid for anyway, then this afternoon I receive an email from another organisation I had registered her with to get the 1st jab of AZ next week sometime, all free of course. So my question is: Is there a definitive list or does anyone know if vaccines can be mixed ? For example, 2 shots of AZ followed by a booster of Moderna ? Or any other vaccines, thanks.

That surprises me, mine is 12 weeks, I was hoping that they bring that down, I really hope you get called forward sooner than that, they did say to me that they would confirm the next dose by phone or SMS, so every chance that it could be pulled forward, I hope the same goes for you. ????????????????

I think you are dreaming, Prayuth had to form a very fragile coalition with that idiot Anutin's party, if he loses that he is out on his ear, Future Forward were disbanded because they were a real threat to Prayuth, now there are in excess of 3 million disenfranchised voters, and if my memory serves me correctly Prayuth was endorsed by the 250 unelected ( but selected by Prayuth ) Senators, who I believe changed the constitution to allow him to remain as an unwanted, disliked and frankly bloody useless PM. Along with all his government Cronies.

For those that don't know, the funds ( according to the mayor ) came from a conglomerate involved in the Eastern Economic Corridor, some from central government as well apparently, so according to Mr Mayor it was not the city's money in the first place to spend where it wanted ie the starving & homeless, as so many people demanded. The large shade trees that were removed, although having been in situ for about 30 years were trees common to Thailand, but were a softwood variety & were considered a danger to people during storms and high winds as large bits were known to break off. So there you have it, I'm not saying I agree with it, just stating facts.

Now that you explain your post I understand a bit betterer ???? I think it's just a case of what was available at the time the appointment was made, for example, I had my 1st jab on the 9th of this month at Samithivej in Sriracha it was AZ, my next dose is 1st November also AZ, whereas the Pfizer has only really started to become available ????????????????

And the problem with the AstraZeneca is..............what ??

A quick update, went to the branch where I opened the account earlier today, a very nice young lady had it sorted in less than 5 minutes, unknown to me until now it can be done at an ATM, just stick the card in, then when it's ready hit online shopping, enter your phone number and you're good to go. Amazing, so simple, I hope I remember again in 6 years ????????

No, I never needed to before, I could order stuff, pay COD, or pay online if needed to but this new card is being a real pain, I'll talk to the bank people tomorrow, at least it still works in a ATM ????

You can register with some knowledgeable people on various Facebook groups, such as Snakes of Pattaya, post a photo on there and a couple of minutes later you'll get an answer from a topic expert, try looking for different groups depending where you live like Bangkok, Phuket, Kohn Kaen etc etc. Some even provide a free relocation service.

I'll try to keep this brief, I recently got a new ATM card as the old one had expired, I was used to ordering & paying for stuff online so never gave it a second thought, yesterday late afternoon, I ordered an item from PowerBuy as our local outlet didn't have what I wanted in stock. I loaded all my details, the item I wanted etc, got to the payment section entered my card number, value etc etc, then got a message on screen "Visa protect not verified, please register. So I got all the info together, passport number, D.O.B. card number & the rest, entered it into the onscreen form hit enter, got a message that I took too long and the thing timed out, so I tried again, and again and again, now in bright red letters I'm informed I've done it wrong too many times and my card is now locked out of Visa Protect. I phoned the 24hr number and explained to the nice lady what had happened and asked if she could help, that was a no because she said it would require asking for sensitive information ?? So it looks like I have to either go to into town to the branch in the mall, that's if they will deal with it or actually go to my branch where I opened the account on Monday, either way it will be with passport, bank book & card and hopefully they will sort it out, I'm pretty sure that if I had this sort of problem with my UK debit card that customer service would have sorted it in no time. The bank is Kasikorn by the way, I would have gone to the mall this morning unfortunately I had a prior engagement, I just hope that the card still works in the ATM as I need cash for food later ???? Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem, or a heads up to anyone getting a new card to remember to get Visa Protect enabled before you leave the bank ???? P.S. you don't get very long to enter all the details, hence the continual time out, wierd.

I wonder how many of them are members here, anyone missing that would normally be posting in a Pattaya thread ???????? Plenty of them always saying on here that there's action to be had if you know where to go, ????????
