    The condo developer should have the full permission from the city to build. So many new developments going up but with little thought to future consequences of infrastructure supporting such developments. If city planners did their jobs correctly these issues would be minimal..

    Parents who allow children aged 10-12 to go off on a motorbike to a weir swimming unsupervised need the education. What were they doing after a ceremony to greet a tarmac road for gods sake? Eating, drinking sleeping?

    I get that it's easy online and in essence it makes no difference, but you'd think if you're diligent in making an early application IO could make the date from expiry as it's in the system, and make a 90 report actually 90 days and not 75. Just saying.

    I believe Covid extensions ended last month in August.

    I got an email reminder too.. however I've waited for 5 days prior to 90 day expiry date so I don't lose to many days. I've noticed that the new 90 day term starts form the date it's processed not from the expiry date. Doing it 15 days early loses you possibly 15 days.

    Used to know a sports teacher/provincial coach who took University students around the country competing in inter-provincial Sepak Takraw games. Always had a booze party at the end of games... and going out to the local club/bar.

    The vast majority of the Thai populous are sick and tired of the whole government... they want a free election as to what party they want in power and a free vote as to who the next leader will be. No more rigged elections with a PM elected by the inner circle. If Prayut stays and this continues every Thai should down tools and protest in their home areas.
