    If i get called by an unknown number I don't pick up.. just cut the call if they rings again I do the same. Should I ever get a text from the so called police/immigration or other official I would text back, come knock on my door.

    Making money out of a first/second home for locals or foreigners... it's an investment. Something the hotels don't like.... competition.

    It has nothing to do with the length or type of visa, or exemption, if they come to tour they will tour and go home. If they come to scam/work/overstay they will come in and disappear..

    Best thing that could happen is someone tips off Trump that Thailand places tariffs and luxury taxes on most imported goods.. Maybe he would threaten to do likewise...

    Problem is if she gets tough so do they, it escalates until something really bad happens. Her complaints to officials and police have fallen on deaf ears.. I wonder why?
