    There is an abundance of history of unqualified staff and owner arrests, plus shop closures operating without the proper licences, that is enough proof.. Go search yourself.

The owners of the vessel should be held fully accountable for this disgusting action, the vessel should have been banned from operating for at least a month while all staff undergo full training. Let the loss of income come as a warning.
