  1. Here in Chiang Mai there has been a definite decrease in Grab Drivers to the point the wife went and found a few local guys who have developed a following off the grid of Grab.  Pay them less than Grab and they are happy since no Grab fees.  Rarely have not had at least one of them available.  Grab food is another thing, food delivery bikes are still a big thing at my house given I got hungry teens with sophisticated palates!

Now now, #3 is important.  Remember it was the cheese wheel that Spacex sent up in a Dragon demo capsule that really got their space program going!  Have seen the cheese wheel in a sealed glass case, was lucky enough to get a look around of the Hawthorne Facility about a year before COVID hit, impressive and efficient.  Stole a bunch of soda beverage cups with the SpaceX logo on them from the cafeteria which is 2nd floor behind the Command and Control room.

Well in that case forget the kissing and get her to use her lips in others ways, to get you revved up for action as you put it.  Just don't overdue the throttle though on the high performance models as you can experience blow back ????

I actually prefer your standard 4 on the floor sleek petite model, gets good mileage per compliment, quality head gasket, almost flush headlights, and purring motor on regular ethanol mix fuel (no large guzzlers).  Of course, I always first check under the hood for a modified tranny as those can be a pain to deal with, require extra lube service, and can lead to a thrown rod.

  4. Have rented a condo across the street from KMUTT University for my 2 kids for this coming school year and need to choose an internet provider.  Choices are True, AIS, and 3BB.  A lot of classes are online and they are Gamers.  Looking for 1Gbps up/down.  Any input good or bad on each of these choices are appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

I knew my post would bring out the America haters. Funny we're not all still using Nokia phones and driving Volvo/Saab cars, and all our computers and phones running on Erickson networks and software, and everyone shopping at IKEA online. Switzerland the land of chocolate, watches, and bank fraud/tax evasion; and South Korea the suicide capitol of the world...good social model there. Yes, America has 30T in debt BECAUSE foreigners can't get enough of it and every Treasury Department debt auction is massively oversubscribed.  It seems like you are the only one concerned about this debt. The rest of the world knows there's no other place that's a better store of value than the Dollar, which is backed up by the biggest and most innovative economy in the world.

Ahh. The sulphur smell of coal burning on the stoker. I guess not many people will miss that.

Are you describing my wife's breath after eating a large plate of Pak Min and whole raw clove of garlic?

  7. Reporting back after picking up my laptop 24hrs after dropping off at Befixed, 2nd floor Mee Chock plaza. Fans and keyboard replaced for 500 baht (I provided the parts I brought back from the US).  I gave him 600 as I knew he had to spend a lot of time on this.  Very friendly guy who does good work, I definitely recommend.

Does he look at the computer on the spot or do you have to leave it with him. What does he charge?

    Thanks...

So changing out the fans and keyboard of a 2018 Dell Alienware 17 R4 laptop.  He will have to breakdown the unit to taking the motherboard out.  Gave him the parts, just too intricate of a deconstruction for my taste.  Will report back on how it goes and price.

  9. Have a higher end 17 inch Alienware laptop where the keyboard and cooling fans (very noisy over time, common problem) need to be replaced.  I have the replacement parts but after watching a couple of Youtube videos where experienced guys were taking 20 - 30min just to breakdown the machine to the level of replacing the items, I would like to defer this to a shop that repairs such as a normal course of business.  Any recommendations in CM?  Thanks in advance as always!

  10. Just my luck, applied for and received my Thaipass (vaccinated) for a May 17th arrival not 3 days before the change starting May 1st was announced. I assume I can cancel the SH+ hotel and the PCR test to get a refund but have not seen that previously granted Thaipass are able to do that.  Anybody think there might be a disqualification of my Thaipass if I do that?  Thanks in advance as always.

Hi Doctor. Do you mean that you take HALF of a 20mg Micardis ie 10mg, as the recommended dose is 40mg or even 80mg. And half of a 2.5 mg Amlodepine? Thanks.

Just bought Micardis @ Bht 650 for 30 x 40mg. Is that good or not.

Amounts quoted as taking are already the 1/2 cut pills dosage.  Original pills dosages before cutting are 40mg Micardis, 5mg Amlodepine, and 25mg Chlorthalidone.  Don't have each medicine broken out as I buy the 3 medicines together and get 1 total.  When I worked out the 45 cents USD per day the baht was 30 to 1 USD given the number of dosages I purchased (about 1 yrs worth in 1 shot).  Overseas right now so don't have access to the purchase slip.
