That reminds me of my schooling.   A private school for the sons of gentle folk.  The teachers were useless , the head master got respect and so did the PE teacher as he could wield a gym slipper across the rear.

Another teacher was queer , not PC these days I know. He said I was growing up to be a teddy boy like my brother. Another teacher said ' A sentence cannot begin with and '   And why is that sir I asked. Yep , a dreadful place , my school cap ended up on the White Hart pub sign a 100 yards from the school.  The place was pulled down in 1964 I think.

Agree The Oracle , at last Leo 8 and not too bad for lager.  The off licence here sells it for 589 B a case. Strong means more flavour not more alc.

To save looking at things of no interest why not Price increase imminent on swimming pools instead of just Price increase ?

I remember what must have been more than 10 years ago when I lived in Hua Hin there were problems with Indian owned shops , the ones that sold suits etc.  We learnt to park nearby but if trying to park outside their shop they went off on one.  Don't know if they are still there as not been to H/H in donkeys years.

Sorry , my bad the picture I just posted is of course a milipede NOT a centipede , forgot to count the legs.

Sometimes I come across centipedes on the road through the rice fields. I stop riding my bicycle and pick them up. Does annoy the wife even though I tell her they are harmless. This one is about 6" long .

This is the other type , not dangerous .

As you can see the difference , 1 has legs sideways , other one has legs underneath . There are color variations , but the main thing stays , avoid the sideway legs .

Another big difference is the speed of moving , the dangerous type moves quick , even small they react fast . The harmless type , rolls up .

One at the top is a centipede the one below is a milipede .

Motorcycle and sidecar parked by the central divider as had run out of fuel. Then the owner of said vehicle does a runner. Why not move it then go for fuel.........................or is it just me ?
