  1. Having had the unfortunate experience of smelling death of human body and being that the body was already in a state of decomposition, plus it's been hot, I'm surprised this wasn't reported earlier. The stink of a decaying body in this weather would be present well before 3 or 4 days. Hopefully it was a quick death. Seems like it might have been.
  2. Yes corruption is in all countries but in some it's endemic. Here it's endemic. Thailand has corruption top to bottom.
  3. An interesting comment considering the government itself is corrupt. The Senate isn't dominated by the BJT party because of the will of the people.
  4. My guess is if every person in a position of power in this country was honestly investigated corruption will be found. I reckon this is a pretty good "guess".
  5. Probably not. Real question: Who wants a nuclear armed Iran? Then it could also be a nuclear armed Hezbollah, nuclear armed Houthis, nuclear armed Hamas etc.
  6. Agree. Sadly I doubt it will happen. What doesn't need to happen though is more countries getting them especially countries that threaten to wipe other countries off the map run by dictators.
  7. AI Overview An elected dictatorship (or elective dictatorship) is a democratic state where the governing party dominates parliament so heavily, typically via a large majority and strict party discipline, that it can pass almost any legislation it desires, rendering parliamentary scrutiny weak. Part of the Government has been shutdown again by the opposition and the Save America Act is having a very difficult time getting passed by the Senate. This in no way squares with what you claim.
  8. Pure deflection. As I said you don't know what a dictator actually is. As for elected dictators Putin gets elected all the time. Xi? Leader for life. Now again why is Trump, in your opinion, a dictator?
  9. Plainly you do not know what a dictator is. I'm sure you'll try to say why Trump is a dictator but this is ridiculous and an affront to all those who live under actual dictators or have been imprisoned or killed under actual dictatorships. Wear a T-shirt in the US saying I hate Trump and nothing will happen. Wear a T-shirt in Iran saying I hate the Ayatollahs and what do you think would happen.
  10. Iran should have the right to nukes? I guess for you that means all dictatorships should have the right to nukes.
  11. Nope. Try reading again. I said and backed it up that they have uranium enriched to 60% when domestic nuclear power production only requires enrichment to 3-5%. I then asked why they have 450 kg of 60% enriched uranium and why they found it necessary to enrich uranium for "domestic energy" deep, deep underground. This you have failed to address.
  12. Enrichment for power sits at around 3-5% not 60% and doesn't need to be done deep, deep underground. What do they need the estimated 450kg of 60% enriched uranium for? AI Overview As of March 2026, Iran has signaled a willingness to reduce its 60% uranium enrichment to 3.6% in a potential nuclear proposal, ostensibly for power generation purposes. However, Iran insists on keeping its stockpile within the country, rejecting proposals to transfer the high-grade uranium to Russia or other nations, according to Kan News and Axios.
  13. AI Overview As of early 2026, the IAEA has reported that Iran continued to hold a significant stockpile of uranium enriched up to 60% purity, estimated at over 400kg, which has raised severe international concerns. This high-level enrichment is a short technical step away from 90% weapons-grade material, with some reports suggesting they possessed enough material for multiple weapons, leading to calls for increased inspection access.
  14. They were complying with it by building enrichment facilities in bunkers deep under mountains?
  15. So a terrorist regime that calls for death to America and death to Israel developing nukes and a delivery system in a country that will put you to death for marrying a non-Muslim is it a good thing or a bad thing for them to have nukes?
  16. Sadly there are some on here whose hate for Trump has totally consumed them that if push comes to shove they would support the terrorist regime building huge stock piles of offensive weapons and enriching uranium to weapons grade levels.
  17. And Iran funding and militarily supporting it's terrorist proxies that target civilians is legal is it? You have no problem with Iran building thousands of ICBM's and Uranium enriched to at least 60% is not a problem for you?
  18. "IMO" This is what I wrote. There's a whole lot of marines heading in that direction now? Where they're going of course we don't know and there's a fair chance they don't apart from the Middle East. Securing the island as I have said from the beginning is a POSSIBLE scenario.
  19. He's not going to blow it up he's going to take it over (IMO).
  20. How do you equate taking out the oil installation with killing? BTW the installation could have easily been taken out with the attack yesterday (day before?).
  21. Iran is dependent on Kharg Island. This is his way of threatening them to let shipping through the Strait. I mentioned in a separate thread that the Marines on their way to the Middle East might end up on Kharg Island. I have since heard this mentioned by someone else. Obviously Trump doesn't want to blow up the oil infrastructure on the island but it is a very big bargaining chip.
