9 minutes ago, webfact said:He said that before he arrived in Thailand he was subjected to multiple screening measures everywhere.
It begs the question, if he was that worried, why did he come anyway ?
He could have cancelled, and come when he deemed it safe to do so.

You need more than a prayer at this stage of the game !
How about praying for the whole world population, or do only Thais count ?

They would have to give them a crash course to remind them how to enforce the law !

Probably one of Prayut's promises to them, for rigging the election, and getting rid of a serious challenge to his power.

It's not just the local administration elections they dominate, they practically run the country !
It will be hard to change that, with certain people at the helm, unfortunately.

It's alright for this rich <deleted> to deny low-income earners, hand outs during hard times.
He's never been in their position, and doesn't know the meaning of hardship.
A right "I'm alright Jack" arrogant attitude !

PM Prayut warns governors to enforce strict measures to contain virus spread or face transfer
in Thailand News
Posted · Edited by Thaiwrath
"The Opposition’s call for the opening of an extraordinary parliamentary session, to enable MPs to discuss the COVID-19 situation, has been dismissed by the Government"
This stops any attempt by the opposition, to criticize the Government for any measures they have taken, or failed to take, in order to stop the spreading of the virus.
I still can't see the reasoning in allowing restaurants (or the B.T.S. and malls) to stay open, if social distancing is to be achieved,
