Pouatchee replied to H1w4yR1da's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
hmmmm if they want to zoom conference with you might be interesting to talk to them... just have your scam antennae on high alert. usually if it sounds too good to be true it prolly is. best i ever heard of was 7% but that was a long time ago and it was a preferential rate my a-hole old man was offered -

seem legit enough, but what does an insurance company have to do with what you posted from them https://www.welcometoalliance.com/ at 10% i would have a few thousand to invest. can you remember what you contacted them about? your op seems to be missing some info -

AOI aims to enhance Thai education by consolidating its schools
Pouatchee replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
if you repeat the same lie enough to yourself you eventually start to believe it. their is no school that has the facilities, the resources or the teachers to accomplish this. thai schools have to follow the thai curriculum to get accredited... unfortunately they say the students will switch between thai and english.... wont happen if the department heads are thais... this school will produce the same low standard students the thai system has been doing for decades... nice dream though -

Shocking slump: Thailand’s premium EV sales plunge 35%
Pouatchee replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
i think you are unaware of the prices of second hand cars in thailand. around 2-3 years ago my wife and i were shopping for a suzuki swift... not even an ice car. prices were 285k to 400k for 6-8 year old vehicles. i doubt an ice car would go for as low as 100k to 180k as you point out. if so, tell me where. just take a look on taladrod.com maybe a reality check for you -
Record Visitor Numbers Boost Phuket’s Tourism Industry
Pouatchee replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
quality tourists welcomed with open arms. the two top visitors are from countries who have dreams of conquering other nations. sounds like ww2 alliances and the thais in the middle. when a pediatric hospital was recently bombed in kiyv all the thai gvt expressed was shock while welcoming tourists from this country with a grandiose smile. i wonder what the thai gvt will express when xi invades taiwan 🤡 -
Thailand Urges Chinese EV Makers to Use Local Parts
Pouatchee replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
i am surprised. the car in the op looks pretty good... then again one has to be careful of appearances. uncle xi is not going to be happy about this. as many countries in the west are starting to make it more difficult for china to export its products by imposing certain tariffs and taxes thailand was seen as a way out with its friendly openness towards china -
what is even more sad is the <deleted> compensation paid in such circumstances. families like the shi_awats, the tawisins, the red bulls and so on spend more money in a day than is compensated to innocents in traffic accidents. these <deleted> dynasties should organise a welfare for the old and victims of road accidents rather than enriching themselves. back home is FAR from perfect, but we do have a welfare net. the more i live here the more i learn to hate the institutions. the myanmar victims of their dictatorship being returned to their country to face possible torture comes to mind. RIP little girl

heinz relish has disappeared around here a few years ago. they have this local slop that tastes nothing... what a few guys commenting here tried to sell is some other tomato soup, which i have bought out of desperation. these guys think it is great... but it only makes one serving. these guys are ignorant cos they prolly dont know how to cook campbells. the secret is to mix it with milk, one can, and you almost get 3 servings that taste better than the 'baxter's'.

it is the people's choice. i have COPD from years of smoking 4 packs a day. i dont think i have very long to live. if i could go back knowing what would happen to me i might have never smoked. BUT IT WAS MY CHOICE to do it. i am paying the cost now but i believe people have the right to choose

WOW!!!! if ya dont like something list it as a drug. when will taxshi_ be listed as a drug? seriously, i am dumbfounded at how the thai heads of state and ministries tackle problems. they treat everything as a nail cos the only tool they have in their toolboxes are hammers

Indians pooping on the beach in Canada.
Pouatchee replied to Kinok Farang's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
fyi... just as in most places in the west... like uk, sweden, france... migrant culture is slowly taking over native culture, it is what all the great heads of state want, a melting pot and so far it seems muslim culture is in the lead. -
