they have the skills to make babies... if brits just like canadians were better at it there wouldnt be a need for immigrants. canada wants 500 000 immigrants a year, yet there isnt enough housing available for the locals. if our gvts didnt screw us over with taxes etc and make it so expensive to raise families i am sure we could fill the quotas there is also this problem: Why do women not want to have kids anymore? For men, the most commonly-cited factor (33%) was personal finances, but among women, 42% said the strongest consideration influencing their decision not to have a child was their desire to “maintain their personal independence.”Oct 18, 2022 https://www.google.ca/search?sca_esv=351bde09f24e60ac&q=why+women+don't+want+families+anymore&spell=1&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjX4NrMvYmEAxU1R2wGHf67BwQQBSgAegQIBxAC&biw=1279&bih=599&dpr=1.5

i built the wall around our land for the exact reason as jbchiangrai states. as others have said the cannot encroach and have to build 1/2 over the marker or inches within their boundaries. good luck and pliz update. i am betting many of us here are in the same boat -
Thai man and transwoman arrested on child porn charges

sorry... you are a teacher? i remember you looking for ways to teach legally without a degree. i questioned your moral fiber then... now, i no longer doubt that you have less than ethical attitudes in life. my wife and i have 17 years difference. would i have gone out with her when she was 14? no frickin way second. the age of consent is: As specified in Article 279 of the Thai Penal Code, the age of consent in Thailand is 15 years old, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. third: the guy is not 18 and the girl 16... she is still a child teacher jane... being a teacher requires a moral compass i just dont see in any of your posts -

try using a stand steamer. works on rubber cement, should work on latex... you can also use a sticker remover spray or wd40 if you dont mind the smell... use the steamer first and if it isnt enough add a little spray of your choice

maybe thai teachers but certainly not foreign in a thai or thai/english program. are you sure the thai teachers are actually supported? that kinda implies free will... from what i have witnessed thai teachers do as they are told, no if's ands or buts. this is why thai admin have difficulties with foreigners, unless they are phililinas/philipinos -

Update: British teacher arrested for sexual assault in Thailand
Pouatchee replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
those do happen, undeniably. as for this guy lets wait and see. if you work in a school you know that what i said about being barged upon at any time makes it difficult. on top of that, in over 20 years here, i have never had my own private office. usually teachers are stacked in a staff room. many details need to be analysed but truth is with all the crappy reporting here on AN and in thailand i believe we, the public, will never be presented with all the facts -

damn, i am not sure anyone in her/his right mind would do that. is the guy guilty? not for me to say, nor judge. if he is i hope he gets his. but still... the risks of having kids or staff walking in on him? i have been teaching over 20 years here and there always is a kid or a teacher looking for me at break time... late homework, unscheduled meeting... even if i were the most notorious criminal this one would make me think twice -
i did plenty... but i never murdered anyone, nor did i ever entertained the thought. but wrong doesnt mean criminal... apart from smoking weed and drinking when i was a teen i really didnt do anything criminal. i dont think kids should go to jail for petty things but murder, mutilation of others? yes, i do
