The only real question is how did the posts end up in the car? Presumably the car impacted with the truck and not the other way round.
So either the truck pulled out and the car was going so fast that it went straight into the back and hit it head on, or the car slammed into the back of the truck probably not seeing the posts (or perhaps not seeing the truck at all).
The car certainly wouldn't be travelling at a safe distance from the truck to make contact with the posts.
Well, he actually said "same same, but different", which means similar. One could perhaps argue that a Lithuanian is similar to a Russian, due to their geographical proximity and shared history.
I'm sure if they had it explained to them, they would say that it is needed because foreigners are dangerous and immigration needs to keep an eye on them.
Quite true. I ran out of three section masks that have a pretty decent seal recently and wore the surgical type for a few days. I could feel the increased irritation almost instantly. Sore throat, coughing, all increased.
If the news is to be believed, many (maybe most?) monks in Thailand are not real monks.
If feel sorry for Thai people, whose kindness seems to be so often abused.
Is that even being worked on? I haven't heard a peep about it. Surely it should be relatively straight forward? It's been out for seven months.
Or are there stock-piles that need to be used up?
I was actually really surprised online sales were allowed. Most street based businesses in Thailand have a "mafia" element that facilitate price-fixing and prevent competition. I guess this is not (or no longer?) the case with lottery tickets.
Does anyone know why the lottery has been singled out for this sort of "gouge protection"?
