Which province are you planning to relocate to?

Yeah, like others have said you would have been okay elsewhere due to the fact that she was on the wrong side of the road with no lights.
But ( there it is again ), you are the rich farang so will probably have no option but to pay up .
It's a shame cos if you would have looked left one more time it would have been avoided.

It would appear that the bike is trying to undertake the pickup, but could also be the pickup tried to enter the gas station before the mc got there and misjudged it ?

Could have been one of those last minute decisions to enter the gas station , you know, one of those " stop there's a 7 and I'm hungry " moments !!

Without any video footage further up the road difficult to say IMO.

But as to whether he knew or not that he had hit the mc ?

Surely he couldn't be that stupid to just fill up his tank as if nothing had happened.......... but then again !

(NOTE: Depending on YOUR situation - why / what - you stay in Th for, documents needed DO vary, ASK for help at IMMIGRATION.)
7 minutes later I left the Immigration building!!
 
Always:
Know in ADVANCE what you ""might"" need - make a trip to a Immigration office and """ask for help"""
Carry a COPY of your Passport picture page ... Kodak store can make wallet size color copy and laminate under 100Thb
Do your 90 day report 5 days in advance of report date, have time to solve problems
Do your """" Retirement Visa"""" - extension of stay - 30 days in advance ( you loose no time ), have time to solve problems
 

A tm 28 is simply you telling immigration of a change of address. Once done unless you move you should never have to gile another one. Seems the headaches are the TM 30 supposedly every time you leave the country the house owner or you as the posseser  should go to immigration and declare an alien living at that address on a tm30. It really does depend on your immigration office. I have been out of the country many times and not been to immigration with a tm 30 (well the mrs). Was told when i asked about it once no need unless you change address, if you leave country and return to same address no problem dont need to do it. Where as other offices have said people have to. Best to ask at your office that way you can be certain.

Yes, open a new account at local branch, transfer existing funds, close original account.

Soon I will be moving provinces ( Pathum Thani to Phra Nakhon si Ayutthaya ), and would like some advice please .

1. TM28 & TM30

I understand I will have to present a TM28 at Ayutthaya IO but can I do the TM30 at the same time, and what is required ?

2. Thai driving license

I imagine I have to change address on my DL at Ayutthaya DLT, what documents do I need ?, DL, passport, residence certificate etc ?

3. Car license plate

As I lived in Pathum, bought the car in Rangsit with a Bangkok license plate I imagine this will not be necessary to change to Ayutthaya province plates ?

4. Bank Branch Office

As I lived in Pathum, opened a Bank account at Bangkok Bank in Rangsit ( Bangkok ) I imagine a move to Ayutthaya province will not need a Branch Office change ?

I never needed to visit Branch office after opening account anyway and will be only 38 km away

Anything I have forgotten ?

Got one in the apartment, pay 100 baht a month, I've never used it, don't even know the number !!
Only rang 3 times in last year, from apartment reception to tell gf she has some package from her internet wheeling and dealing !!

Yes Kingston are ok IMO , I've used them in several phones and cameras ( with the adaptor ) and never had any issues.

I'm on the lookout for a house right now and if there isn't one I think a spirit house will be on the shopping list , maybe give me a bit of respect as " the only farang in the soi " and will keep 'er indoors happy on the spiritual side !!

I asked my gf the question and she said that soi dogs will go and do their business elsewhere.

Today at Pathum Thani Immigration, in and out in 20 mins.
TM47 and passport with TM30 already attached needed only ( as UbonJoe said ).

The crying boy is going to meet Ferrari team and Kimi.

It is indeed an urban myth that there is more value in the tab than the can . They are both made from the same aluminium, virgin or recycled.( I worked in the canmaking business for 31 years ).

But that should not stop you from donating these tabs , my gf also collects them for the same reason.

Well done, even though they are the same material as the aluminium can there is still value in them and your donations are still helping someone in need.

He's helped me immensely.
Also corrected my mistakes, with the upmost patience, when I've tried to help others by giving some shaky advice .
