Try something different, the Dark side. Cheaper hotel, no tourists, only expats. Khaotalo street has everything, at the top you have plenty of girly bars only expat customers. Stay there, only 60 baht drive with bolt to central Pattaya

How about banning private cars parking on roads in Bang Lamung Except handicap signed, delivery trucks, songteaw and taxi. Or just do as every Major city in the world... Put up parking cost, hire 1000 people to enforce it. 20 min parking=10 baht, parking fine 500 baht. Pretty easy with a parking app, Thais love their apps. -
