A normal prisoner requesting this would take years just to reach his desk.
Anyway, I can't see a coalition government with so many parties involved lasting more than 6 months.
They do not need to last any longer than that. their chief objective has almost been completed.

Five countries that Brit retiree's want to retire in are in Europe but this is the group that were the largest supporters of Brexit......morons.
The brexit vote was seven years ago. Get over yourself!
New retirees would be aware of the current rules when they make their decision.

I thought Brits could only spend a total of 90 days a year in EU countries now, so how can they retire there?
They take up residence through the official channels.

How many are shoved out of the door due to Thailand's embrace of age discrimination?
From what I understand nurses are required to retire from government run hospitals at the age of 45.

If you want to move them on quietly use a sonic device. Look on Lazada, that will irritate them enough to move on.
I have used sonic devices before. They worked well for me.

Never anything but trouble any time I needed to change packages, move home, get the TV box that should come with what I pay for etc.
Internet and phone has been good. I cancelled their TV service after 7 years of use roughly a year ago and haven't looked back.
The schedule is dreadful but I have never had a problem suspending their service.
You can do it by phone, email, even from overseas, through their website or call into any of their offices

I have written about this situation here before.
I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate late last year.
I decided I didn't want to continue with the prescribed medication and so, after consulting Dr Google, I changed my diet (to Keto) and took more exercise. That was in January.
After four months I had lost 20kg (+/-45lbs), the prostate reduced and, in consultation with my doctor, I discontinued the medication.
A further 'side effect' was that my blood pressure returned to normal and, again after speaking with my doctor, I no longer take bp medication.
Eight months later, I am still reasonably fit, the weight has not returned and I can still enjoy a eating and drinking.

But they don't do that to all the people all of the time, so there's no point if it only gives then a distorted and incomplete picture. So some of the IOs, some of the time, go through the motions with no real purpose.
A bit like the TM6. Given at land borders, not for flight arrivals. I recently came in by a land border, was surpised to receive the TM6, and dutifully filled in the departure part which was just handed back to me at the airport yesterday.
It makes no sense, but then I wouldn't expect it to.
Poviding a boarding pass with your passport has been a requirement of entry for several years.

I drive over that crossing frequently but I can’t remember if they have manually operated sliding gates, at 04.00, or automatic gates, either way it shouldn’t have happened.
They have automatic gates, along with red flashing lights and loud sirens at all times.

I too am going to Vietnam for a 15 days trip, and the information that I got are:
- Visa exempt entry for some countries (Finland included) up to 15, days. Passport with 6 months validity and 2 blank pages
- No Covid (vaccine or swab) requirements
- it is not clear if it is still required an health insurance 10.000 USD including Covid. Vietnam Airline has deleted it from its requirements, but I did not find any official information about its cancellation.
Going with visa exemption I preferred stipulate one with AXA (300 bath....)

I have just returned from 5 days at HCMC. There were no passport problems, covid certification or insurances required entering or leaving.
The only problem was waiting in a queue for almost one hour at immigration.

Thousands of cannabis shops have opened just in Bangkok, almost like the 7-11 stores there's one or two on almost every street in Sathorn, on Sukhumvit, on Soi 11 and so on....the investment has been made. Food shops selling infused drinks etc. If this happens the revolt will be huge
I see these shops in Bangkok and elsewhere in Thailand but, as yet, I have never seen any with customers inside.
