    I use wise for my International transactions . As Always no hidden cost /fees . They give a Midrange Exchange Rate that's not bad.

    If you have opened a Wise Account While you live in Thailand with a Thai Address You Can't gat a Wise Card . Wise Doesn't Issue Wise Card for Accounts Opened in Thailand with a Thai Address. Maybe in the Future If We are Lucky .
