  1. Chair is rated/warranted 150kg
  2. refinish the floor and the shutters to match. The fool looks to be 20 years old plus, and if it's okay until now, it will likely be fine. Hardwood floors squeak, but they are good for a lifetime with minimal attention. Unless it's high-end laminate and is installed perfectly on a SOLID subfloor it will look like cr*p in a year or two.
  3. I bought an office chair from HomePro about fourteen months ago for ~B10K. The air-strut started bleeding off, slowly at first, and then pretty fast. I was going to bush it up, but the wife calls HomePro and apparently there're three-year warranty. They make an appointed, send a guy out and they replace the entire base, wheels and all. Some guys talk about how all Thai companies are cheaters, but that has not been my experience.
  4. The existing may be hardwood planks. If so. O would try to save it. Does the family have a recommendation on who can redo it?
  5. Yeah, the rich are doing great under Biden.
  6. That's hilarious
  7. What the heck is on top of that tri-pod, and it is part of the joke?
  8. Laura: Kamala Harris is trying to 'turn the page' on reputation as 'open border zealot' | Watch (msn.com)
  9. Yet you vote for both and criticize others that "...care about the principle of integrity of sovereign states.", interesting, albeit telling.
  10. I just completed this quiz. My Score 90/100 My Time 106 seconds
  11. Why would she do that? As long as illegal aliens are flooding across the border all is fine.
  12. The problem it that too often the Constitution is ignored. The federal government is much too large and overreaching. If Supreme Court Justices adhered to the Constitution and did not legislate from the bench, the country would be in much better shape.
  13. Then you should oppose Harris. Do you care about Ukraine? If so, why? You aren't Ukrainian.
  14. You support mass illegal migration into the US, true or false?
  15. Coincidentally, it's gone up 8% in Thai Baht as well...
  16. Sixteen leftist Nobel laureates...
  17. If I was not already piped-up, I might probably would have put it outside the tank but installing it inside was just stupid easy. We have good MWD water, and after five years, only a few bits of cr*p in the screen on the old valve. I have a 5-micron filter after the roof tank that feeds all but the ground floor.
  18. Well, so far so good. The valve has been fine, so I installed the filter today. Very nice, easy installation. Here is a comparison photo of the new and old valves: I pick up about another 20cm of water in the tank, which is almost 15%, or ~210 liters, and I like having the filter in the tank before the pump. This thing lasts a month, I'll change out the one in the other tank.
