Nothing really has changed. The President has always had immunity, as to Congressmen, Senators and Judges. The press (and Biden in his speech) are lying about it, because they hate Trump and want to discredit and pack the court. If what they are saying is true, why has Trump's conviction been vacated? Why have not all the charges been dropped? Why does Biden not just Trump killed? Because they are lying about it.
