Saw "Napoleon" today, and while I enjoyed it, it was disappointing. The battle scenes were pretty good, but I thought Joaquin Phoenix was pretty weak and the some of the dialog and a number of scenes were pretty silly.

As I understand it, "Regency" is about the best local spirit, and it is supposed to be something of a brandy. If you like scotch, I think Red Label is fairly priced and a few cheaper "brand" gins around as well.
