Why do so many Americans, Britons and Australians with money send their kids to Thailand to study? The big failing with Thai education is English, and going to university in will help a lot with that and it will give them a leg-up if they want to work for an international company. They can also get work permits while they are there and get good work experience. What percentage of "Thais with money" do you think send their kids to the US, UK and Australia anyway? I'm betting it's small. And unless they are sending them to a boarding school for K-12, they still have to rely on their Thai education to pass the placement tests to schools abroad, correct? I would not argue that STEM programs at universities in the US are not better than the STEM programs at universities in Thailand, I do not think they are, but for anything else, I doubt it. I know that K-12 public schools in California are horrendous, and the K-12 schools my boy went to in Thailand were excellent. There are some great K-12 public schools in the US, but not many. Why do so many Americans "with money" send their kids to private schools if the schools in the US are so good?

Does it still blow good and hard? if not, I would check the cabin air filter, the blower and the evaporator coil. If it's getting cold, the compressor is doing its job. How old is the vehicle? If the condenser coil is dirty, the capacity is reduced significantly. While the AC works when the vehicle is not moving, the more air that moves over the condenser coil, the more efficient the AC works.

Banning bump-stocks was ridiculous. I thought it was a good decision. It's not the court's fault that bump-stocks do not meet the government's definition of automatic. That there were three people on the courts that felt that bump-stocks did satisfy the definition is concerning, albeit not surprising. Change the definition of automatic to include devices such as bump-stocks and they, along with similar devices will be illegal. But the left does not want to solve anything. They need guns as another issue they can use in the election and as an excuse to pack the court. How many lives are we thinking the ban saved? The vast majority of gun related deaths in the US are from handguns, "assault style" rifles are a small percentage. Why does the left never want to focus on enforcing existing laws?
