  1. So the till is three Baht short, and you want to watch eight hours of video to figure out who made the mistake and fire them?
  2. You want to watch eight hours of video carefully rather than just counting them out?
  3. Usually, they use the calculator so they can show you the number.
  4. Clearly you know nothing of the Thai Labor Department.
  5. None of the links you provided included any examples of propaganda the oil industry is continuously sending out to undermine the danger of climate-change.
  6. You do not have an example either, yet we're to supposed to believe that the "...oil industry is continuously sending out propaganda to undermine the danger of climate-change." You understand what continuous means, yes? An article complaining about oil companies not spending enough on renewables is no such example. Oil companies not spending enough on renewable energy to satisfy the author, is not the same as continuously sending out propaganda to undermine the danger of climate-change. Again, please provide a few examples of the propaganda the oil industry is continuously sending out to undermine the danger of climate-change, surely you should be able to come up with a few.
  7. So you do not have a single example of the propaganda material the oil industry is continuously sending out to undermine the danger of climate-change? Not even one? If the oil industry is continuously sending out propaganda to undermine the danger of climate-change, surely you should be able to come up with a few. Ads that oil companies run praising alternative energy projects they are involved with do not really qualify as "propaganda to undermine the danger of climate-change" do they? If anything, they highlight the danger and show what they are doing to "help". Lawsuits against oil companies can hardly be considered "propaganda to undermine the danger of climate-change" can they? Again, please provide a few examples of the propaganda the oil industry is continuously sending out to undermine the danger of climate-change, surely you should be able to come up with a few.
  8. Ads that oil companies run praising alternative energy projects they are involved with is all you have, really? Weak
  9. So far, there has been no "genuine 15-minute city concept" plan presented here. All we know it that they will be utopian places to live, much like all the other government housing projects.
  10. It is way too easy to steal money from the till if they are not held accountable and counting them out and making them pay the short is the only way to do it.
  11. I was common in the US in the '80s, not sure about now. Would a bank teller not be responsible for their till? Not much different.
  12. Be sure to keep us updated...
  13. Yeah, the "as-built" drawing set can be a good bit different from the plans...
  14. There also a group of people who are of the belief that the climate is always changing and will continue to change, and that man's activities contribute to that change. Fossil fuels have been improving lives for hundreds of years. People are living longer, with less hunger and poverty than at any time in the history of the world, which is in large part to the energy and products fossil fuels provides. The fossil fuel industry generally makes money, and they make a good bit of money from green energy. Would you please provide a few examples of the propaganda material the oil industry is sending out to undermine the danger of climate-change?
  15. Nice house! I'd look at the SCG (or similar) cement board flooring. If you have an SCG Home Store (they are everywhere) you might go down and talk to them, they can reccomend what to seal it with. I would use two layers and stagger the sheets such that the seams do not line up.
  16. Existing is all concrete, yes? If so, do you own or rent? Renting I'd do it on the cheap "freestanding" with steel frame & smartboard walls and roof. Owning I'd drive piles and pour concrete,
  17. Hey, speaking of chiselers. we haven't seen a "I had to pay for a bag" thread in a while...
  18. I'm sorry, you're right. Per the plan, you can live anywhere you want, and go anywhere you want to go, as long as you stay within your fifteen-minute restricted area. We good?
  19. Per the plan, one's personal movement will be restricted to only places one can drive to in fifteen minutes. So, by mandating people stay within the fifteen-minute range, they can't really go anywhere anyway, which will make having a car unnecessary, yes? So actually, they (the poor) will be able to save money both by not having a car, and by not having anywhere to go. Yes, I see now how this really will be a big benefit for the poor. Coincidentally, it should keep the keep the hoi-polloi of the beaches and slopes as well! wink-wink-nudge-nudge
  20. Per the OP, the plan as I understand includes "...laws and regulations that will limit your personal movement to no more than a 15 minute drive from your place of residence..." You claim it's not the plan, but you have refused over and over to provided another plan.
  21. Sorry, I'll rephrase: The alarmists I encounter all call anyone that questions any policy, regulation, program, mandate or subsidy regardless of how ridiculous it is a denialist. We good now?
