A fact check should if of interest lead to further investigations to learn why I was wrong in the first place. -

Planning to Retire in Thailand
Hummin replied to ChintaHuma's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
What is your budget? A few golf communities is ok, and not roof to roof houses but good spaced out land and room between the houses, but to far from city center. There is no way I could have lived in those gated communities on a 400-600m2 land, to close for me. I can live high up in a condominium with large balcony and seaview. -
I do not think there is no difference there, because both animals and humans reacts to codes and stimulus where woman is open and ready or not. However alpha male monkeys, seems to do what they want, when they want, and the females seems to do little about preventing it. However to other boys have not the same possibilities. Sounds familiar even we have evolved a bit further, there is similarities to monkeys where people with power still manage to get their will but now with more risks involved for consequences

Anyone know if it is available in Thailand? Needs license or can be imported?

Maslows Hierarki However it is hard to measure animal intelligence, but if we compare to humans, genes, parents involvement and resources, social environment, nutrition, self awareness, personality, talent and confidence pretty much sums up how we will be and act as intelligent humans. There will always be exceptions to all those, but all those factors is important to evolve from a young kid to an intelligent human being, not only be measured as one, but also act as one.

Well I I know deleted happens, but to be true, both parts sacrifice their valuable time, and if it is not worth it, who have the advantage in Thailand? The older man or a younger woman who have to start all over again? We have a deal me and my wife, she keeps whats in her name in Thailand, I keep everything else, meaning bikes, car, and assets in Norway. No trouble clear deal And of course no kids involved. I understand things can change and most likely will change, but the mentality to just change for a few kg and wrinkles? Both parts getting outdated sooner or later. Anyway invest common sense in the relationship, thats all I can say, or do not invest at all.

Hell is your own guilt playing with you and your reality, and heaven is when you have freed yourselves from all guilt. Does it makes sense?

I had fun as a kid and younger, and now I do not see the same fun in the same things anymore. Im happy to be with my wife and have time to relax, exercise, ride my motorbikes, travel, see new restaurants, explore new wines, and all the small simple good things in life, but fun? Nope, it is good, and it feels good, and happy to be on next level.

Hua Hin was not in my mind with better places, but you have to sacrifice quality english spoken hospitals to live in those places, like more quiet, and less westerns around. I can start with Hua Hin, both great private hospitals and also the new modern government hospital who have Vip treatment for westerns who is willing to pay. Great service for check ups, but know nothing about their surgeons or anything else, except I hear some of the doctors and nurses working both for government and private hospitals. I like Krabi, parts of Phuket, Khao Lak, the beaches North of Chumpon and trang. I hear many older say Bang Saen is very nice, I have never been there myself. I could also live partly on Koh Phangan or Koh Lanta, but the weather in the long rainseason south of Prachuap Khiri Khan, can be really bad. Hua Hin have definitely best clima and weather, and not so bad air quality most of the year. Hua hin have also better beach and water quality than Pattaya except during jelly fish season/rainseason. As said, I would settle one place or have a base where living cheap, and be able to move a little around as the season goes. I never ever thought I would thrive in Isan, but i do, but that is more about me, and my background and my interests, as well be able to live far away from Neighbors. The most important thing to know, life gets easily boring, no matter where you are in Thailand if the next door bar is not your second home. Everything about socializing seems to be through alcohol for many expats, so maybe better to have a plan if English lifestyle is not your cup of tea. -

Tell me what you need of facilities and how far from a proper hospital and airport. There is 3 major places with decent english spoken hospitals and with beaches, except some few other places with army hospitals, not sure we can depend on them, but sure some can enlightened us about that. Those three major places is Phuket, Pattaya and Hua Hin. -

Not really cheaper, and very busy in the weekends by Thais, and the most boring place ever, but still great if you like peace and quiet innthe weekdays. -
Im more amazed by those who complain about bad women, and thinks she deserves it. I would thought, those who where deleted over by a woman would have some sympathy with a woman who obvious is deleted over by her husband. Of course there is many possible scenarios that lead up to he being a jerk, but still he should have some balls and divorce her before putting his balls on fire in Thailand. Most likely lost his head over a 45 kg little innocent brown girl with long black hair, and a great smile, smooth talking him to sin! ????

Clamydia in pools, be careful and sure if you swollow poolwater some gonorrhea as well. Dr told me I got clamydia in my eye most likely from the poolwater ???? Can swimming pool conjunctivitis be caused by chlamydia? Adult inclusion conjunctivitis is caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and is usually sexually acquired; in rare cases it can be acquired by swimming in a contaminated swimming pool. The tarsal conjunctiva are usually more hyperemic than the bulbar conjunctiva; there is a marked tarsal follicular response https://www.msdmanuals.com/professional/eye-disorders/conjunctival-and-scleral-disorders/adult-inclusion-conjunctivitis#:~:text=Adult inclusion conjunctivitis is caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and is,a marked tarsal follicular response.
