I had fun as a kid and younger, and now I do not see the same fun in the same things anymore. Im happy to be with my wife and have time to relax, exercise, ride my motorbikes, travel, see new restaurants, explore new wines, and all the small simple good things in life, but fun? Nope, it is good, and it feels good, and happy to be on next level.

Hua Hin was not in my mind with better places, but you have to sacrifice quality english spoken hospitals to live in those places, like more quiet, and less westerns around. I can start with Hua Hin, both great private hospitals and also the new modern government hospital who have Vip treatment for westerns who is willing to pay. Great service for check ups, but know nothing about their surgeons or anything else, except I hear some of the doctors and nurses working both for government and private hospitals. I like Krabi, parts of Phuket, Khao Lak, the beaches North of Chumpon and trang. I hear many older say Bang Saen is very nice, I have never been there myself. I could also live partly on Koh Phangan or Koh Lanta, but the weather in the long rainseason south of Prachuap Khiri Khan, can be really bad. Hua Hin have definitely best clima and weather, and not so bad air quality most of the year. Hua hin have also better beach and water quality than Pattaya except during jelly fish season/rainseason. As said, I would settle one place or have a base where living cheap, and be able to move a little around as the season goes. I never ever thought I would thrive in Isan, but i do, but that is more about me, and my background and my interests, as well be able to live far away from Neighbors. The most important thing to know, life gets easily boring, no matter where you are in Thailand if the next door bar is not your second home. Everything about socializing seems to be through alcohol for many expats, so maybe better to have a plan if English lifestyle is not your cup of tea. -

Tell me what you need of facilities and how far from a proper hospital and airport. There is 3 major places with decent english spoken hospitals and with beaches, except some few other places with army hospitals, not sure we can depend on them, but sure some can enlightened us about that. Those three major places is Phuket, Pattaya and Hua Hin. -

Not really cheaper, and very busy in the weekends by Thais, and the most boring place ever, but still great if you like peace and quiet innthe weekdays. -
Im more amazed by those who complain about bad women, and thinks she deserves it. I would thought, those who where deleted over by a woman would have some sympathy with a woman who obvious is deleted over by her husband. Of course there is many possible scenarios that lead up to he being a jerk, but still he should have some balls and divorce her before putting his balls on fire in Thailand. Most likely lost his head over a 45 kg little innocent brown girl with long black hair, and a great smile, smooth talking him to sin! ????

Clamydia in pools, be careful and sure if you swollow poolwater some gonorrhea as well. Dr told me I got clamydia in my eye most likely from the poolwater ???? Can swimming pool conjunctivitis be caused by chlamydia? Adult inclusion conjunctivitis is caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and is usually sexually acquired; in rare cases it can be acquired by swimming in a contaminated swimming pool. The tarsal conjunctiva are usually more hyperemic than the bulbar conjunctiva; there is a marked tarsal follicular response https://www.msdmanuals.com/professional/eye-disorders/conjunctival-and-scleral-disorders/adult-inclusion-conjunctivitis#:~:text=Adult inclusion conjunctivitis is caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and is,a marked tarsal follicular response. -

There is many nice places in Thailand, but very few places I wish to get to old at if no decent hospital, or where traffic hinder an ambulance for an instance. 30 min can be the difference between ok and a vegetable. Also nice to live simple, and can afford a bit travelling as well, and keep a little bit safety. -

Isn't that depending on which side you are on and seasonal wind? Maybe Australia avoid the belt of garbage far out there by yourself. -

You are easily offended, if you read my posts, there no indication I claim Jomtien is gay, except from a smaller area. You bring in other discussions to the table you had with me earlier. Insecure is just the mirror effect. -

Im not right to express my feelings? Is that not right to say I am not comfortable? Do I have to accept every behavior some few others think are okay? I have continued to visit Pattaya and Jomtien, I just do not need to visit places Im outside my comfort zone. And as one who is going to soon move to Pattaya or jomtien, it is okay to know, right? For both sakes, if he likes or not. -

Im sure I had reacted the same if there was an older man gropping a young girl, and it was the nature of the beach we attended, so not only a anti gay thing. Same I do not feel comfortable in a gogo where the same hapens. We are all different with our cup of tea -

A few years ago before covid, we used to attend to a live music restaurant in that soi past the police boot/station, and I am sure that side have a guy community where hotels, massages and that part of the beach still is a guy area. -
I clean the filters gently with pressurized air once and awhile during the burning season. Now Im looking for a humidifier for 30m2 room.

The Risks of being a working expat !
Hummin replied to Social Media's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
We know he invent different themes for people who is interested in Thailand, and not necessary us who already lives here. It is his way to make a living in Thailand, and we do not need to agree with him at all, but start pick pointing on him is kind of childishly, or? His channel is not for me, but the discussion around his message is interesting and for some useful. Especially those who have not made the move yet. -

It is indeed a lifestyle. I need contrasts, therefor good to be able to live many different lives in different countries. Last 5 years we have spent time between Thailand, south Europe and Norway Perfect. -
