    If he had an agent telling him they had everything under control? I never used an agent, and god forbid, but many do, and many here do tell others to use an agent, and I wonder, how many times an agent did screw somebody over?

    Any death no matter is horrible. Seen to young to die, and to old to die, same same but different. The young ones who die, you hope lived longer even deleted, the to old ones you hope die earlier to ease their pain. No glory, just pain

    My friend sent me his conversation with him, and he state he is going to get 5 year visa soon! We believe he had an agent promising him Elite visa! Still to early to know for a fact what was going on. Last message 6 days ago. Just do not hope he paid that agent his savings

    I thought I was going to die in action jumping off something with a parachute on my back! Now I believe by my decision when time is up and my body hurts more than I can enjoy life. I die of carbon dioxide and a good dose of morphine/valium or anything similar to ease everything. But if I have to choose one of present categories, it have to be motorcycle accident!

    As long you have everything under control, and stay here legally, why worry so much. I have never even thought about being stopped once, and if stopped what is the worst that can happen? Being annoyed a little bit? Worry less if you have your proof of legit stay.

    Not long ago another thread about Koh Samui agency who stalled another members renewal. Maybe an who agent lost his goodwill?

    My friend is positive he got scammed by an agent! I guess we just have to wait and see. He is not able to get in contact with him, and reached out to me if I could do anything.

    A friend of mine knows who he is, and his real name is stated there. Unnecessary unfortunate start on his plan to migrate here. He believes he got deleted over by an agent who offered long stay visa to him.

    Okay, search is over, back to normal ???? They should give amnesty to everyone who have overstayed and give them a chance to either leave or make legal stay. Anyway, I guess they check anyone who stands out for a reason.

    By e-mail, and first a mail explaining the situation, with information there would be a claim coming later, which I got now. And it is verified address and the claim is legit.

    About 12 500,-, and for me to change dates of the ticket I had, it would cost me almost a roundtrip with Emirates due to start of high season. The whole roundtrip with economy flex both flights was total 32 500 I see now the very same roundtrip I booked for same dates next year cost now 59 359,- My emirates roundtrip cost me 28k

    The problem is the stagnation of the economic, and Chinas rise as an economic super power. As long you have economic growth there is easier to fix national problems with benefits and motivation to pull in same direction. Without economic growth more fragile fractions grows easier, and it becomes unpredictable and unstable.

    I know in some cases they (those who are on overstay) manage to attract police to do a investigation and they find they are on overstay. There is a reason why they are on overstay, so,,,,,,,,,,

    The installers sell, deliver and installs it? They go out of business, right, and nobody wants to take responsibility after that. Better to buy from a larger company sustainable company, than a local provider.

    I will offer them a solution, I will give the money to homeless and send them the receipt! I bay X dinner portions for the money! They should appreciate that ????

    I guess we have different priorities. I prefer Hua Hin before Pattaya, also Jomtien before Pattaya, but we living in Isaan where closest Robinson is 1 hour 30 minutes awy. In exchange we have our own little forrest and rice fields as view surrounded by mountains. Fresh food all year and fresh air 9 months a year.

    To be true, that will not botter me, after all I gave them a second chance. Whatwould bother me, is my conscience because I always paid my bill, my taxes and never stole anything in my adult life. I guess I will pay up, because it is not worth it to not do it even I believe they have no legal rights to claim it back or can claim it back legaly.
