If Pattaya feels good for you, then good for you. What I know, is that Isaan and Pattaya have its own challenges and not for everyone. Im happy to be able to have a decent base, and can travel whenever I want, not everybody is so lucky. To me it is a bit single minded trying to make fun of people who avle to make their own decisions even we would not think about Isaan as an destination if we married a Bangkok girl! A good life is what you make it to be! Right?

I have visited Isan both with girls and travelling many years before I settled there in the very beginning of covid. So no covid, no Isan. And now I have a wife, farm, animals and a good purpose to wake up every morning. Cruising around in Thailand and also visit a few europeen countries and family. Isaan is big and diversed, but as said have everything I need and good quality life. Peace of mind
