Demotivated or depressed? Checked you vitamins? D, B12 and more? Yes it is possible to be vitamin d deficiency in Thailand to. It is ok to go to a proper check up all included around 9k baht, and not more expensive than any private lab around considering all tests done. Well worth the money to get a complete picture.

It is not a magic solution to your problems, and if needed lifestyle improvement, then that is your first step while montering your hormones in the process. But it can be a kickstart for others tonchange their life and lifestyle. TRT works best with a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle. Exercise I have been for 6 years, and always used Bangkok Hospital Phuket or Bangkok. Bangkok clinic now is now have changed to BDMS Wellness clinic. Reliable and sober when when they recommend Treatment. I buy my own Testosterone and not in the hospital pharmacy. Also used Maximum in Pattaya for check ups, and same there, sober and good advises. Do it the proper way and invest in your future, and do not try and fail and try again. Most ordinary medical doctors do not know to much about hormones to guide you properly. And do not use copy medicine, same for Thai official copy of Andriol 40mg, it should be gel caps. https://www.bdmswellness.com/en

Thats quite s high dose, and should not be a measure for others. A Very individual dosage I would say. Go to a proper anti age center and learn, and do not go the easiest and cheapest way. A proper health check up is necessary to see if it can be other issues causing your matter. Lifestyle, underlying health problems,, Good luck

Bank insists I wear a mask
Hummin replied to happydays's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Many places inEurope to, and latest visited Spain where you had to wear a mask on public transport, taxi, Pharmacies and other tight spaces. Im done with the conversation trying to argue with people, and I do what I think is right for me, even I do not care much about mask or not for my own sake. -
That says alot about you. Non of my friends who visited me came for Bom bom or Pattaya. Very few of my friends go bom bom with prostitutes. Some might done before, but now settled and happy with life. You choose your friends, so?

Bank insists I wear a mask

Oh man, no time to argue with you. Brainwashed is a bad an cheap argument and an end of any valid debate when such words is used. Same as left wings, lefties etc. I treat people around me with respect, and we use mask in bank, in elevators or any other tight space. The only negative I see with mask is the pollution problem, but Im in Thailand as an visitor, not back home where I do not use any mask anywhere. -

Wow impressive ???? And then you have everyone who thinks a mask is a gentle and polite thing to do when visiting Thailand no regard law or be it purely pride and stubbornness. Especially if you do not have a medical condition and can not use a mask. You sit around a table, and you are the only smoker in the group? It is legal to smoke, what do you do? Maybe one of the others is allergic to smoke? One hate the smell of smoke but non of them have not said anything, and probably will not say anything. Feelings is a tough one for most, but pride rank highest it seems. -
Still it will reinforce the tire from inside, but to me it looks like new tire, and saved frustration maybe. Anyway let us know what you come up with as a fix. A gas torch and some rubber? Preheat the damaged part of tire to melting point add excess rubber stick and melt to the cut?

I used to freedive and passed out twice and if no safety diver with me, I would have been gone already. . It was like sliding doors where everything went black. No pain, no nothing. It was a medium deep dive for me with hang time at 32m, coming back up at 7m about, and thats when the lungs starts to expand fully again, and blackout at 3:44 At that time I could hold my breath over 6 minutes, and personal best 6:30 Deepest record dives working time to 120m is about 3:30 - 4 minutes. Different diciplines but still abaut same working time.

Norwegian man arrested on Samui Island for 15 days of overstay
Hummin replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
You can try that when you arrive Koh Phangan coming from the ferry on foot. They grabbed me in the arm while I was walking away from them believing they only wanted to talk to the rastafari man in front of me, and I kept walking. They checked everyone coming off the boat by foot. -
You add an inside patch for emergency use, and buy/order new tires

Hummin replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
Because you are an legal agent with interest in good reputation located on Koh Samui? Im the first one to admit it is speculations, but from what we know, and the communication my friend had with him last week, where he told my friend he would get long term visa soon, I guess that means Elite Visa because he is not yet 50 years old as far I know. As I said we will know more later, because my friend is going to the embassy tomorrow to see what he can do for him. -
Airline refunded me to much for unused ticket!
Hummin replied to Hummin's topic in Thailand Travel Forum
I specific asked for my rights before canceling my round trip tickets because I had refundable economic flex tickets, and also my extras with an live chat person with a name and documented on file where I have a copy that my extras would be refunded. So no mistake from me before manually myself cancel my trip. Three times and number of complaints and waiting in line for nothing. -

Im aware of that, but gel do help when you already on trt with enanthate testosterone. Gel have less impact than oil based injections.
