  1. 27 000 was of course a typo, which I'm often guilty of. Not everybody fits the general standards and need less or more, but for me to maintain my weight it takes around 3000 depending on how much I'm lifting. If I add 3 hours cardio week I loose fat quite fast. Now I'm only doing 5x 15 - 25 minutes a week.
  2. depending on your weight and as well hight. He is 94 kg and 196cm Im 179 and 94kg and my daily intake is give and take 3000 kalories with a moderate 5 day exercise scedule.
  3. okay, Ther German biker gangs? Not Biker Gangs in general? 😄 Do not worry, I have never liked the cowards hiding behind a club, their tribe or whatever it is. I like freedom, and not stupid rules or have to cope with idiots
  4. Many also says it is a great place to retire, so what many says, doesnt mean much really. I say Pattaya is a deleted place to retire, and many disagree with me, and also many agree with me. Right?
  5. What is wrong with Dumaguete? As good as any other places to settle
  6. When your 600 baht hotel breakfest is deleted Toast with jam and rice soup only
  7. Lovely area, and maybe the rain there gives a brief relief from the heat and pollution.
  8. Princess Jelisaveta of Kyivan Rus married the last Norwegian Viking king, Harald Hardrade. 1200 years ago, the Vikings forged important alliances and ties with the Kyivan Rus. These historical events inspire the relationship between Ukraine and Norway today. https://www.historiskmuseum.no/english/exhibitions/exhibitions-archive/vikings-in-kyivan-rus/ Both the origin of the Kievan state and that of the name Rus, which came to be applied to it, remain matters of debate among historians. According to the traditional account presented in The Russian Primary Chronicle, it was founded by the Viking Oleg, ruler of Novgorod from about 879 https://www.britannica.com/topic/Kyivan-Rus
  9. Well maybe the reason for diabetes is just eating to much calories, and not balanced enough? For anyone in the risk zone, small adjustments can save you from a lifetime on medication Jut a random google link could say something about the real cause, instead of bickering about small details about grapes or other fruits how they influence your system, you can just eat less of everything, and move your body a bit more. Of course drinking alchohol every day, doesnt help even you eat less either. Just common sense, nothing else When we enjoy our meals, our bodies use some of the calories for energy. But when we overindulge, especially in high-calorie treats, the surplus gets stored as fat. This extra fat, particularly around the belly (visceral fat), can lead to obesity, a major risk factor for type 2 diabetes. https://aspenendocrine.com/exploring-the-connection-between-diabetes-and-overeating/#:~:text=When we enjoy our meals, factor for type 2 diabetes.
  10. Both of them have beaten everyone who came their way, but Usyk the Little Viking became to big for him. Even the Gypsy king couldnt psyke him out
  11. A good start with partner, is becoming friends first. I was friends with my wife for 4 months before we decided we should be more than just friends. Gave me a great oppertunity to see who she was before I started to have feelings for her as well. And she was kind of layback as well, and in no rush to catch me. Now 8 years later, I can say it have been a great journey
  12. Good luck in your search. The best thing is to find something that gives you a feeling of being home, and still keep your investments as low as possible. Being to leave without looking back is a good thing for feeling free. Land is a good investment, if you can trust your partner.
  13. It is natural to refer to expats while discussing here, and to be true, I have met more of these cases here in Asia, than back home.
  14. No matter op is real or not, the question is valid. 20k living cost is doable, and can be a good life compared to anywhere in thenworld, if the person do not drink, cooking home, enjoy living alone, and also have savings and can afford insurance, or at least have enough founds to cover himself if he has an accident, stroke, hearth attack or whatever could happen that is possible to regain a quality life after. Anyway, what I think and feel about many who lives on a strict budget, or anyone who spends what they have month by month, the going the live as good that they can afford, and if something happens, that's it. But when <deleted> happens, what then? Thinking about it, as a real thing, but when disaster happens, and it will most likely at one point, you better have good friends who stick to you and support you. Again, seen it several times with biker friends who collects money for those who have lived a reckless life, and ended up in a crisis. If you have no one, you can imagine how that will be.
  15. Wow, Usyk the Undefeated champion. What a great boxer
  16. Never trust a girl, what a sad life? Heartbroken 3 times in my life, and before that a few puppielove, but today, I look at it as good and necessary life experiences. Been lied to, cheated on, but still never lost faith in good women. Never give up, never give in! Life is good being two
  17. Still thinking about it, The good thing about doing mistakes when young, you have time to learn and do it again, and hopefully better next time.
  18. I prefer to find local fruits instead of import fruit, that do not even taste like blueberries. Tropical fruits of choice enjoy Dragon Fruit Bananas The Orange Pineapple Rambutan and Lychee Jackfruit or Durian Papaya Coconut Mango https://www.masteringdiabetes.org/tropical-fruits-lower-blood-sugar/

  24. You can still work out your muscles, rowing machine, swim, and find good protein sources like egg white, beans, as well bananas as one out of many good fruits, nuts, lean beef and at least 300g of vegetables every day. This is a good start to explore. Not to forget, make a logbook or download an app, and start measuring what you eat, and make a total amount of calories to consume every day. For you depending on your activity level, and muscle mass 27000 calories +-
