As I said earlier, each and one have its own needs. Eat clean and balanced, up to you. Still it seems like you only based your last link on headlines only. Impressive -

Do you read your own links, or just headlines? Do you understand how to read science, and also understand each and one have individually needs when it comes to calories pr day, and also promotional mix of fat, carbs and protein. Every diet idea or culture based diets, have origins we today have modified, but still, as long you follow the basics, stay away from processed food, you most likely will reach your goals with Mediterranean "diet" idea, and lso enjoy your meals without to much craving. Good luck, I'm basically eating clean food, vegetables, and fruits, grains, nuts, youghurt and meat and do not need to call it anything. Protein 35 - 40% Carbs 35 - 40% Fat 20 - 25% Not so difficult if you also move your body 5 - 10 hour a week walking, swimming, lifting, kayaking/rowing And it is up to you, and nobody else to understand pure basics. If you are overweight, talk to your Dr, and do keto for a limited time if you want. I know it works, and it was easy and enjoyable, but I also understand it is not sustainable for a long period of time. The most important is to be disciplined and to be consistent -
It is the endless blaim game instead of cooperation. Trump made a bad deal pulling out, and left all the troubles to the new government, who obviously made a really bad priorities together with rest of the Nato to manage to pull out, secure their own people and those who had helped us during the war in Afghanistan.

You say what? Can you elaborate a bit more, an not just trow out stupid comments which make no sense. The Mediterranean diet exists, and many people follow that diet with great success, good health, and established great routines and dicipline just by following a not to complicated diet. -

If you start follow his regime, I bet you spend most of your money on supplements, and false effects Keto is good for temporary weight loss, that's it, and we do not need supplements unless we have reasons for use because of deficiency Go ahead, it is a free choice, I know he is convincing, I have ollowed him for a time, but in the more extreme advises he gives, I could not find any science evidence of his claims. -

Not trustworthy, he is all over the place shopping a bit here and there, and mix up science with his own pseudo science. He is very convincing, and that makes him dangerous -
