Comments on Angry men are depressed? Mark Driscoll's teaching often addresses the topic of anger in men, particularly how it can mask underlying depression and insecurity. He suggests that some men use anger to appear strong and in control, while actually masking pain and a lack of healthy emotional processing. Driscoll emphasizes that men should not suppress or ignore their emotions but rather learn to address them in a healthy way, turning to God and seeking support when needed

As a 47 year when I moved here, I believe I know what was coming, even I still traveled back and forth everyb3 month or, I knew it would be challenging over time or by the time, so I decided to live like home. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Get up in the morning and pretend every weekday was like home. One way I succeeded, but still became restless. Anyway, I'm still pretty much in the same routine, but there is a limit how much you constantly have to or can reignite the same spirit over and over again and again. Luckily I'm not to keen to drink to heavily or smoke at all.

Report Thailand to Reclassify Cannabis as Controlled Substance
Hummin replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Like this was a shock? The intention was never to have shops selling weed with high thc in the first place. Just another snowball out of control literally said. Recreational use was never legal even it was decriminalized.- 270 replies

I'm surprised, you as an American dismiss back ground checks. You just forget, we are supposed to be the wealthy temporarily guests in this country, not the traumatized citizens who grew up in poverty or whatever led them to have mental instability or addictions. Thai population 68 millions give and take, and how many retired western expats is it?

Life can be quite frustrating here for some individuals, and some obviously being eaten up inside out when they realize the paradise they once believed in, do not exist. Not to forget many carry luggage with from before, and with mental health challenges the frustration can escalate especially if have an or more addictions as well. Economically the situation have changed alot for those elderly who once felt they had a good pension, seing the stronger baht eating up their founds as well. Relationship problems, and maybe jealousy as it can seem to be here with addiction maybe ? What do you think? As said before, I do not think this was the first time he went crazy.

I thought it would get easier here at older age

I see the technology progress in Norway for my mother, thinking of bank, insurance, TV, internet, tax, district office, health services, bank id, where everything is handled by apps with a jungle of options, it is horrible to keep track. I have went through all of it, and she have been paying so much for automatic upgrades and things she do not use anymore. It's a robbery. Insurances where just a check can lower your monthly payments greatly, for an instance, or tv packages you never use. E-mail account you never used now being charged. Electric company used for 30 years never renewed your deal. And now, she needs help with everything. Completely out of it. And thinking of Thailand, will head the same direction, seems most will have to have one trusted one to help you through the jungle of obligations and duties. Good luck if someone relying on being single. If you do not trust anyone in your life by now, who you going to trust then? -
I'm not sure where Jak's is, but if it was one of the neighbor bars we did not. I will check it out, but the thing with this hotel, it is right on the beach, and you hear the waves in the night. I sleep like a baby when I can hear the waves ☺️ Stayed at Hilton in Rayong, and it was fullpacked with Chinese. Not going back there

@EVENKEEL Nice decent 3 star quiet hotel there with good food, wine and beer options. I would say 4 Thai star. Lord Nelson https://maps.app.goo.gl/qwT2ihAFk7nrrG1F9

If nobody offered me a seat, I would have taken that as an compliment. when that is said, most people who care about themselves, know how to dress even with flip flops and not look like a bum. -
Sorry for laughing, but we'll said

Last day in Paadise Another nice ride through backroads in the forrests and around fields, up to a few temples. Never stop amazing me the graphic "art" in some of the temples. This one only one old monk left, and the temple seems falling apart anytime.

If you go back to the very first tread you will see, but as long the war reached a no point of return, I'm all in for continue fighting. Can not give in to Putins terms. Russia cant dictate a sovereign country, and murdering innocent civilians. Terror bombing civilians to end a war. Well UK and US did that in Iraq for a decade, so? The fight for resources and territory is real
