I would normally default to Lazada for the big stuff but the last return for a delivered smashed TV was slow and painful with 3 repeated failures to pick up and a time out. No preference now, I simply Compare both including any delivery fees. Cheapest wins!

If something is not right or defective I initiate a return in the Lazada app only. I do not "chat" with the seller. The seller has a set period of time to respond.
