Call TRD helpline #1161 for clarification. TINs are for humans without Thai identification numbers, or companies and juristic persons. Your pink ID does have a Thai identification number, one which you use for tax filing. The TRD person at Sathorn Rd is misinformed. What's the need for an "expat desk", besides offering (hopefully!) English language support? Many of us have visited TRD offices and filed in person just like ordinary Thai citizens. My TIN is different to my Pink ID/YTB number, even though I presented my Pink ID card and YTB wen I applied. I even attached copies to my application form. My Pink ID number starts with a 6 but my TIN starts with a 0 (Zero) Here is a discussion about TIN numbers NOT always being the same as the Pink ID numbers .

A friend of mine recommended Strike Back. It follows the actions of a secretive British military intelligence unit all over the world. It comprises 8 seasons. So far I'm up to season 7 episode 8 and have found the series enjoyable and entertaining. All seasons are on TGx.

I didn't get a reminder email for my 90 day report due Jan 2025. I rely on my own records of when to do my 90 day reports online. I submitted on Sunday and received the approved email on Tuesday.

Very useful post thanks @NoDisplayName I've just tried to create a RD online account, so I could have a peek at the e-filing system and see what it looks like using Chrome's built in translate-to-english tool (as I cannot read Thai). I got to the final screen and was required to tick a box to confirm all my data was correct and that I understood the agreement to submit the return via the electronic system and that I agreed to comply and be bound by the agreement to submit the return via electronic system in all respects. When I saw that, I cancelled the application because I don't want to commit to electronic filing at this point in time.
