That comment makes no sense. Making up stuff about strangers says more about your life than anyone else.

You are a living case of Res ipsa loquitur.  Calling people on an anonymous web forum strangers is a bit of a tautological statement.  Better head back to the troll drawing board "mate"

Allopurinol is a very safe drug with low toxicity or side effects and much better than having gout.   Colchicine is only used during an attack and for a short period.  If allopurinol works for you it may never be required.

Yes but people become chronic lifetime users of allopurinol....it is a slippery slope and the toxicity is best avoided.

The OP has a history.  His MO is largely to bash on Thailand and the expats who choose to stay, and to lavish praise on his new home...as if it was just discovered.  If the OP would just let people make their own choices, no one would have a problem.  But that's not what he's about.  Personal issues?  Who knows.  But I've lived in the US for many years and I know everything about it.  I don't need the OP to tell me what's on offer.

But if I can use the OP's own tactics, I find the USA to be going down the tubes in the era of Trump.  The political dysfunction, growing inequality, gun crimes, neglect of the environment, deterioration of infrastructure, growing cultural division, massive government debt, unreal cost of healthcare...and this just off the top of my head.  Yes, I choose to live in Thailand and I'm happy I did.

Well said.  The OP definitely sounds like a disturbed individual.  People should be thankful he is not in Thailand.

Some of you sound really BAD. You don't even know this man. He is a LEGAL hard working family man that just has a sense of humor. He has done more for Thailand than most Thais will ever do. Just because he loves the Only Country that he knows because he grew up and has lived in Thailand his whole life, doesn't mean that everyone should make fun of him. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Why don't you nominate him for a Nobel prize if you admire him so much?  Also supposedly, he is some kind of comedian poking fun at others, so why can't others poke fun at him?  Or his humor a one way street?

  5. Those medicines are extremely toxic, with big side effects and very hard on the liver/kidneys.  Try some daily apple cider vinegar and add some fresh limes to your water, in addition to adjusting your diet(see online).

I have a barely used Nikon D80, first iteration. Two batteries and case. I think it has a 200m zoom. From US. It was my father's, he bought it with credit card points some years back. We never use it. Have three other cameras and phones. Message me.

    That's an 11 year old camera...asking 2000 baht?

  7. It's all virtual now.  With Songkran approaching, close the curtains, turn up the ACDC, put on National Geographic and pity all those poor souls discovering what mayhem means for the first time, as you sip another dram of single malt, before heading to your freezer to get an ice cold chaser.  Live it large!

Back to pizzas..... I read today that US chain Little Caesar is targetting the ASEAN market; and Thailand in particular; over the course of the next 5 years.

I have never come accross one of their outlets; are they something we should be looking forward to seeing and eating at?

Ohoh, isn't that square pizza.  Gonna get the Chicago pizza lovers into a frothing tizzy.  This will not end well!

Bottom line, I seriously doubt anyone can provide a picture of restaurant borscht served in the Pattaya area that looks as intensely red and BEETY as pictured. When my granny served super red borscht like that, you could smell it in the next room (in a good way). Sure I get why many people think borscht is always boring and pedestrian. If all you tasted was what is served in Pattaya, you would be right (unless someone has a hot tip!).

Maybe a friendly TVF volunteer could go stand out front 7-11 and swill beers while carrying out a poll of the local Ruskies on this topic.  A gofundme page could be set up to pay for the copious quantities of beer that would have to be consumed during the survey.
