  1. Dont worry. All good. You will receive stamp around 11th. Being a Saturday just go in Monday 13. Don't worry about your Feb 14 date. That stamp will give you 90 day permit. In the last 30 days of that permit apply for your extension. The extension stamp will be issued on the day you apply. No under consideration period for the extension. You are all good.
  2. No need for rudeness. The point is OP deals with Korat. Various offices have different requirements. Your experience with Phetchabun is bit irrelevant as would be my experience at CW.
  3. Went where today ? Each immigration office can have different rules.
  4. You take a TM30 that you file yourself since you own the condo as stated below... "Need to extend next month and this will be first extension since I bought my Condo."
  5. Have a read of this thread. OP has his own condo. https://aseannow.com/topic/1247990-tm30-form-completion/
  6. Think you have asked this previously. Not sure what you are asking. Marriage has nothing to do with it. If you exited Thailand and reenter with same visa (multi entry) or have a reentry permit and return to your place of residence then you do NOT need to file a TM30. However when this is asked about, there are always folk that post "my immigration office wants me to file TM30 everytime I return to my usual place of residence". In Thailand there will always be crackpot immigration offices that do not follow the rules. Sakon Nakon has been mentioned and I think CM has also been mentioned.
  7. No. The 30 days will start from expiry of current permit and not start from date you apply.
  8. Thankyou. I'm also going from 2 to 5 year license. Will check out the link you provided. Ta!
  9. Yes and no. There have been reports where immigration have not been impressed with that practice and have made it know. It requires official to walk you back to reentry permit office. Have never read a report of not being able to obtain the permit after clearing immigration using fast tract however it's (imo) poor form .
  10. If that's a possibility as per one post above already then why bother. Print the TM7 and fill it in by hand. 2 minutes tops!
  11. Blue. Which immigration office. If you download form print it double sided to be on safe side. Grab blank spare of TM7 just in case io has any silly hoop.
  12. Could someone post link to eTDL class. The one I found just asked couple of simple questions and gave me a pass and Q code. Can't be the correct one. Ta.
  13. Agree. Folk should note that the reentry permit office is immediately other side of immigration. You can see the office from passport control.
  14. At airport would have taken 15-20 mins.
  15. She has to go through immigration and back through immigration. One hour will not be enough. Also returning she needs a boarding pass. Airline will require onward flight. Which airline? Also good luck getting a friendly welcome from Thai immigration at airport on return. What is her recent history in Thailand.
  16. Yes it will be an issue especially if it's a route from nearby country such as Vietnam, Cambodia etc. Flying with carriers such as AirAsia etc the airline most likely want to see onward flight within 45 days. You can buy "onward flight" from net companies. Not expensive.
  17. It's not an extension. Yes possible to obtain 7 days to exit Thailand after an application is rejected. Guess ok plan if you just require 7 days for flight booking etc. Why not do quick border run.
  18. The point being missed is that if someone is aware of their particular immigration requirements then go for it. If two pages is acceptable fine. I'm replying to some random guy (OP) asking about the TM7 form. No big deal to print it double sided to be on safe side. I would recommend same for all double sided forms eg TM8. Here is snippet from just one immigration office guidelines. Samut Prakan. Q: When I download a form, must I print on two sides of the paper? ANSWER: Officially you must print on both sides. This is because sometimes your signature might only be on the second page.
  19. Great only 73 more offices for you to confirm that 2 pages is acceptable. Printing double sided is bullet proof information that I prefer to post.
  20. Congratulations. The question has been covered often. Here is one thread of many. Some offices require double sided print out. Actually this is old thread. There are others. Some offices insist upon one sheet.
  21. You were lucky. Certainly won't work at all immigration offices.
  22. OP, you need a Thai will. Simple process. Dont involve son
  23. Yes. In any event the threads are not about the legality of agents. Sadly some folk get into this boring topic. The thread is actually about CW requirement to view bank book when transferring stamps.. Stick to the OP
