That is wonderful news , but what about when these people want to go shopping when they get here and have to navigate all the hazards on the footpaths such as bricks and rubble , extra high curbs , piles of building materials from an unfinished job , sections of footpaths dug up with no baricades , steps into shops with no handrails ,manholes with no lids , etc,etc,etc and how many b.t.s. stations have lifts and how many are working ?? These are thing that you only notice if you are disabled. Thailand has got a long way to go.
