Yesterday, I also changed GKP to my Thai bank.

Nothing has changed,

I experienced the same problems some while ago and since then I have been taking B12 vitamins and the other B vitamins I get sufficient from food.  

Now I'm sleeping like a kitten.  Whether it was the lack of B12 or something else, that I don't know.

Whatever next.

[Update] Pol Maj Gen Jaroonkiat stated that the investigation into Pol Gen Surachate is linked to the probe against Suchanun "Minnie" Sucharitchinsri, who is suspected of operating online gambling websites involving 61 suspects and eight other police officers.

In September 2023, Suchanun denied allegations of running illegal online gambling websites. However, she did acknowledge having a close relationship with one of Deputy National Police Chiefs, Pol Gen Surachate "Big Joke" Hakparn's close aides, Pol Col Pakpoom Pisamai.

Go see them and trade it in for a Be 1st Smart Card which is Mastercard debit. The cost is 300baht but they refund any un-used months on the old card 7 days later, so if you just had an annual fee recently deducted still not a problem. 

I now understand that Union Pay is accepted at many ATMs in Cape Town and that is from my brother with whom I have just spoken to and resides there.

The advantage of the either/or account is that the account is owned by whoever transact on it, there is no reliance on the other person and the account can remain open. Is it my understanding therefore that an either/or account the passing of one holder the remaining sole holder has full access of the account?
