The enactment of discriminatory laws against these cultural/religious/racial groups demonstrates their existence within British society at the time. The ‘consent of masters’ being ‘invariably not given’ suggests opposition to bigoted laws is nothing new.

    The cap has been frozen, so the increase remains at the already in place 5%. Families in England are bracing for the increase which can be up to 5% but is not necessarily 5%.

No, Sir, when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford." London is a fabulous city, one of the world’s greats. Though those keen to bash Blighty would have us believe otherwise.

Or you miss my post pointing out her misunderstanding on the matter? Which was it Brian because ‘Remembrance Day’ is absolutely party of this thread?!
