  1. It might be a good idea to wait until the impact of spending £Billions more on the NHS / schools and the increase in the minimum wage take effect. Oh pensioners still enjoying the triple lock too.
  2. Sainsbury have an annual sales revenue of around £32.08 Billion. £140 million represents 0.436% of their sales revenue. Go on tell me that’s a big hit to inflation. https://www.statista.com/statistics/386342/sainsburys-retail-sales-united-kingdom-uk/
  3. The Sainsbury family don’t like paying taxes. What a shocker.
  4. It’s not an option, the EU will not negotiate with Labour only to have the Tories reverse the process. BREXIT is a Tory problem, that’s why the rightwing don’t like talking about it.
  5. He understands the UK will not rejoin the UK until the Tories come back to their senses. But if Trump slaps Tariffs on all foreign trade as he has said he will, then that will necessitate the U.K. remaking tariffs free trade with the EU. That nobody voted to leave the free trade zone makes that an easy choice.
  6. It’s very odd. BREXIT supposedly a great victory for the rightwing, a bloody nose for liberals, a resounding success the likes of have not been seen since the WW2 victory or the 1966 World Cup final. And yet these days the right wingers around here don’t like it being mentioned. Very odd that.
  7. She’s a glass cliff leader, she’s being allowed to carry the can for the Tory collapse. Boris will be back just in time for the next election.
  8. Well you need something to do your thinking for you.
  9. Democratic votes are not democratic. What utter nonsense Jonny. So who’s your second choice for Farage to help interfere in British domestic politics if Trump turns him down?
  10. He did no such thing. He did however endanger the trial of pedophiles, putting their conviction at risk of legal challenges.
  11. Moreover we know most sexual abuse of children is perpetuated by family members or someone close to the victims. The numbers are so shockingly high that abuse is almost certainly occurring in every neighborhood across the UK https://www.dmss.co.uk/pdfs/Key-Messages-intra-familial-ENG.pdf https://learning.nspcc.org.uk/media/jwhpwojz/statistics-briefing-child-sexual-abuse.pdf
  12. You’re the one engaging in a ridiculous false equivalence. Volunteering to help an election campaign is not the same thing as a sitting g MP and leader of an opposition party acting together with a foreign leader against the elected British Government. Lets have no more ‘sovereignty’, ‘will if the people’, ‘anti-Brit’ allegations or claims to be ‘a patriot’ from you Jonny. A second democratic vote is democracy in action, calling for a sitting MP and leader of an opposition party to assist a foreign leader against the democratically elected British Government is treachery.
  13. It’s one of the observations I’m making about you. The will of people seems not to matter to you anymore. Where as I have consistently argued that a democratic vote can be overturned by a following democratic vote, you’ve now gone down the path of an elected MP and leader of an opposition party assisting a foreign leader against the democratically elected British Government. Its a surprising turn from someone who’s spent so much time banging on about ‘will of the people’ , ‘sovereignty’, ‘freedom from foreign interference’ and claims of being a ‘patriot’.
  14. Every citizen had the opportunity to vote, the expressed will of the people resulted in a Labour Government. There is no democratic process in which a sitting MP acts to assist a foreign Government against the elected Government. Though some here think such treachery is desirable.
  15. You seem not to understand the concept of first past the post.
  16. Eke tons, that’s where ‘the will of the people’ decide. The will of the people elected the Starmer led Labour Government. But you want Farage to assist a foreign Government against the will of the British people. Is ‘the will of the people’ something else you’ve given up on?
  17. I hear Farage, your prospective co-conspirator against b the elected British Government, might be up for your treacherous plan, he has after-all actively campaigned for Trump, speaking at his rallies while himself the leader of a British political party. His connections in Russia might come in handy too. When you are up for treachery, who’s to say how low you would go for help?!
  18. It wasn’t me calling for Trump to interfere in IK politics assisted by Farage. That was you Jonny.
  19. But that’s not what happened Jonny, nor is anything I posted as an idea. You on the other hand have expressed your desire for Farage to assist Trump ousting the sitting British Prime Minister. If you won’t tell us which other national leaders you would accept help in your treacherous plan, is there any world leader you would not accept help from in your plan to have Farage assist them in ousting the sitting British PM?
  20. Hey Jonny, if Trump isn’t up for this Farage assisted plan of yours to over throw the sitting British PM, from which other national leaders are you willing to accept assistance in your treacherous plan?
  21. There’s a difference between volunteers helping in an election and a foreign leader interfering to remove the actual leader of the actual democratically elected government with the aid of a sitting MP and leader of an opposition party. Hence your resort to hypocrisy. You absolutely have said you support an elected MP and leader of a British political party assisting a foreign leader remove a sitting British PM. We’ll have no more of your claims to be a patriot Jonny, you are a supporter of foreign powers removing a sitting g British Prime Minister. Utterly disgraceful apology for a self professed ‘British Patriot’.
  22. We’ll get you discuss that ‘utilization’ as it happens.
  23. What has any of that to do with my post?
  24. And Farage had never helped the Trump campaign? But that was not my point. Jonny thinks it a good idea for the leader of a UK political party and an MP to assist a foreign leader undermine a sitting UK PM.
