  1. Jonny, this is a discussion forum, I don’t waste time watching videos you’ve been fed in whatever fetid corners of the internet you go to find them. You do know elections are a fight for power, and that throughout the campaign, right through to the final vote candidates are eliminated?
  2. Gaslighting you say. As you double down on the ridiculous claims you’ve been fed by the videos you obviously rely on for your ‘information’. Well videos and whatever Russia has to say.
  3. ‘Recharge freedom’. Whether you found them or they found you, I suggest you avoid their investing tips.
  4. Read Project 2025, straight out of the Heritage Foundation and written by Tru p’s close associates. From the extreme rightwing, itself, no need for any intermediary of any political shade. Oh… I forgot, you think it’s ‘hokum’.
  5. The counter factual mindset we share this planet with.
  6. I find that rather surprising so late in the campaign, but pleased to see you are willing to hear about it: https://www.salon.com/2024/03/01/project-2025-is-more-than-a-playbook-for-trumpism-its-the-christian-nationalist-manifesto/
  7. Why does that preclude him supporting the Christo-fascist project?
  8. Sorry my bad ‘working out’. Have a humbug.
  9. It’s very clear why he’s made the U-turn, he wants the power to rollout the Christo-fascism he’s steeped in. What’s more difficult to understand is why Trump chose Vance, if indeed he did. Vance appeals to the exact same rightwing extremists that Trump already has in the bag. He brings nothing new other than a very good reason for women and people who do not want to live under Project 2025 to get out and vote blue.
  10. He could start by reaching out to the family of the fire fighter who died in the shooting: https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-joe-biden-corey-helen-comperatore-wife-called-rally-1925577 That aside, has anyone seen Trump since?
  11. Gaslight how so Jonny? The would be assassin was a registers Republican - FACT!
  12. So he’s bright enough to graduate Yale law school summa cum laude, so presumably his assessment of Trump was from that same high functioning brain. Now he’s Trump’s running mate. You might not think Vance getting into a campaign as running mate with a man he referred to as Hitler and what it tells us about Vance’s principles matters. Opinions differ.
  13. More ill informed nonsense. The Republican would be assassin is dead and I doubt Vance has committed any crimes.
  14. This J D Vance?: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/jd-vance-once-compared-trump-hitler-now-they-are-running-mates-2024-07-15/
  15. Counter factual claim. Labour are not engaging in culture wars.
  16. It’s been like 10 days and you declare its not working.
  17. Well if that were so then this has got to the strangest excuse be heard for a long time: "They [the Tories] scrambled to advance their own interests while millions of people were pushed into greater insecurity. And they rewarded the people who helped crash the economy with seats in the House of Lords."
  18. Agreed. And he’s off to a good start. “Detailing the actions taken by his government in its first week, Sir Keir highlighted significant steps such as lifting the ban on onshore wind, meeting with NHS bosses to increase appointment availability, restarting teacher recruitment schemes, implementing emergency measures to address issues in the justice system, and scrapping the controversial Rwanda scheme.”
  19. Utter nonsense. Unless of course you can provide quotes of me supporting ‘weird stuff’.
  20. Labour are dealing with far more serious and important issues than the minor transfer debate. 10 days since the election that removed the Tories and miraculously the ‘culture wars’ went quiet.
  21. The bits that explain it isn’t related to the attack and is being false claimed to be. I understand why Republicans would do so, they may wish to score some political capital with the chronically ill informed.
  22. We hardly need a thread on this, just read the responses in the first 12 hours of yesterday’s news item.
