President Biden won’t ever resort to presenting any claims of mental incapacity or cognitive decline in order to avoid standing trial, avoid criminal sentencing or secure early release from criminal incarceration. He certainly can’t refer back to any incidents of being rushed into the Walter Reed in the middle of the night to be administered the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test. I don’t rule out such claims, though not from President Biden.

He’ll sneak out to the Walter Reed Hospital in the middle of the night to undergo the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test and then hide the reason why it was necessary from the American people.

On the upside, it’s highly unlikely they fleeced any Democrats.

Trump will be given the opportunity to take the stand and present his version of events. The jury will decide. That’s how trials work.

Here’s a known fact. FOX habitually tells lies. Here’s a conclusion. We can’t take the reasons FOX gives for firing Carlson as necessarily being the truth. I maintain we don’t yet know why he was fired and that for FOX to fire their biggest audience attraction the reasons must be a very real threat to the survival of FOX.

The charging date was expected to be earlier. It had been delayed because the DA asked the Court to remove a lawyer representing several of the defendants. The lawyer had broken two professional codes. Firstly she had not informed some of her clients that the Prosecutors were offering them a cooperation deal ( Prima face obstruction of Justice), secondly the lawyer did not refuse herself from representing clients who were giving evidence against others who were also her clients. The delay provides those under investigation the opportunity and time to being on board replacement defense attorneys. The DA is actually being by the book fair to the suspects. And all achieved in the face of a Republican lead Congress that is bent on stopping all Biden’s initiatives, when not otherwise distracted by investigations into matters they themselves invented.

Biden’s health is a talk track that came out of Trump and his team in the aftermath of Trump being rushed to the Walter Reed hospital in the middle of the night to be administered the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test. It’s the most obvious example of a Trump accusation that is in truth a confession.

It’s about something else to, understanding how government works and representing America, not America’s enemies.
