    This isn’t a ‘human right’ issue, it’s a matter of the executive acting above and in flagrant disregard the law. Trump has chosen to do so in deporting foreign criminals in defiance of a court order. He’ll now move to his next edict in disregard of the law and keep going until he’s either stopped or he has completely replaced the rule of law with unchecked executive power.

    In some respects I agree. But the game’s not over yet. However until neoliberalism and trickle down economics are reversed, the rich will continue to consume the wealth and resources of the middle class; the working class having already been hollowed out. Farage and the rightwing support continuing wealth inequality and are scapegoating immigrants for its consequences.

    The decline of living standard for the British working class started with the introduction of neoliberalism in 1979. Having hollowed out the working class it’s now started on the middle class. The ‘rot’ is ‘trickledown economics’ it’s eating the nation alive.
