  1. Democracy is a continuous process, the Brexit Referendum did not end the right of the growing number of people who believe Brexit to be a mistake from campaigning to have Brexit reversed.
  2. More sensible people knew it was a crock from the start. There is absolutely no way the UK could erect trade barriers against itself with its nearest and most important trading partner and not suffer negative economic consequences. The damage will continue while the UK remains outside EU Free Trade. There is no ‘jam tomorrow’ there are no ‘Sun-lit uplands’.
  3. That’s absolutely correct, the UK population lead down the path into a Brexit that benefits the Hedge Fund Managers who financially backed Brexit while placing bets against the UK. Ker-Ching!
  4. I don’t know anyone who ‘just blames Brexit for the present situation’. There are however plenty examples of people who refuse to accept Brexit is a significant contributor to the problems the UK is facing.
  5. Clearly the DOJ believe, or have reason to believe, that Trump is still withholding classified documents. This isn’t going to go well for him.
  6. Fighting what, self harm?
  7. Although a somewhat essential item.
  8. Yes, and I explained, the power of prosecution resides with the DOJ. Jack be nimble, Jack be quick….
  9. “The FBI warned Twitter during “weekly” meetings before the 2020 election to expect “hack-and-leak operations’’ by “state actors” involving Hunter Biden, and “likely” in October, according to a sworn declaration by Twitter’s former head of site integrity, Yoel Roth.” Oh look, sworn testimony of foreign government interference in the 2020 election.
  10. You can wonder all you like, your ‘wondering’ doesn’t constitute facts.
  11. The purpose of the Congressional Investigation is to get evidence, testimony and/or perjury on record and to inform the public of the matters under investigation. Criminal prosecution is always by the DOJ and always subject to indictments being handed down by Grand Jury. The DOJ are on it. Jack be nimble, Jack be quick…
  12. That’s not entirely correct. The DOJ has asked the court to hold Trump’s legal team in contempt. These are the people who have conspired with Trump to hide and withhold the classified documents. If the court grants the request, Trump’s lawyers will have to make a decision on when (not if) to flip on Trump. The first to flip gets the best deal, they are lawyers, they all understand this. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/dec/08/doj-trump-team-contempt-classified-documents-mar-a-lago [edit] Jack be nimble, Jack be quick…
  13. He’s not running for President, he’s grifting the right wing loons.
  14. Yes, the UK is fast becoming a charity case.
  15. Rest assured there will be a party, sans your snide homophobic inference.
  16. Not just yet please, we’re having so much fun. And there’s more to come.
  17. They caught all 25 without loss or life or injury. How about counting the success rather than pondering some nonsense you dreamed up.
  18. Walker had Trump’s full backing. Both Walker and Trump were defeated.
  19. Walker has come under a great deal of criticism, most entirely deserved, some, and I’m referring to his suspected brain injuries, not deserved at all. I’m a critic of Walker on the basis of his hypocrisy and his politics, I do however respect and thank Walker for the dignity and warmth towards Warnock he displayed in his concession speech. Herschel Walker has fought his campaign, he’s lost and he’s accepted his defeat with grace. He deserves respect for that.
  20. Nothing to do with Hillary Clinton, put her back in that rent free space you’ve allotted her.
  21. There are clear good reasons not to. Naming Trump would have given him the opportunity to claim ‘double jeopardy’ in any further criminal trials arising from this case. The jury has found the Trump Business Empire guilty of criminal fraud, prosecutors can now pursue the business’ executives and owners for the part they played in these crimes while the business faces the consequences of the guilty verdict.
  22. I suggest saving the celebrations for the real deal. It won’t be long now.
