The UK economy relies upon a significant number of seasonal workers, particularly the food industry, refer link below. Granting visa to the EU workers in permanent employment who decided not to return home does not help this particular ’Project Fear gone Project Reality’. https://www.nfuonline.com/updates-and-information/food-chain-labour-shortages-what-you-need-to-know/ The NHS is indeed trying to discourage people going to their doctor (for minor medical issues), but this is noise on top of the main medical service demands and will almost zero impact on NHS staff shortages: Hospitals still need to be staffed, reducing visits to GPs will have zero impact on this. Outpatient Clinical support still needs to be staffed, reducing visits to GPs will have zero impact on this. Emergency health services still need to be staffed, reducing visits to GPs will have zero impact on this. Spin it as you like, Brexit has caused serious staffing problems for British businesses and health/care services. https://amp.theguardian.com/society/2022/mar/03/staffing-crisis-deepens-in-nhs-england-with-110000-posts-unfilled

1. It’s not one word against another, it is multiple allegations made by multiple people. 2. There are very sound reasons why victims of rape, particularly male victims of rape, conceal their rape, shame and historical lack of support being the most obvious. 3. Again, this is a criminal prosecution, it is not a civil liability trial.

The charges are brought by the Crown Prosecution Service, this is a criminal prosecution, it is not a ‘high payout civil case’. The court ruling will be ‘guilty’ or ‘not guilty’, if found guilty the court will hand down a sentence which will very likely be custodial. There are no big payouts to victims coming out of this trial.

No evidence of a crime, no fine. But that’s not good enough for you, you don’t have a fine to refer to so you invent some police skullduggery necessary to explain why you have been deprived of anything to back up accusation you are so keen to make. But then, you have nothing to back up your claims of police skullduggery. There’s a reason why it’s called ‘circular logic’.

I didn’t mention Sturgeon because I’ve not been following that ‘News Story’. Starmer has already been investigated cleared, this diversionary investigation will also clear him, photos of him eating and drinking at a work related gathering that was already investigated and not breaking any rules are not new evidence, they are a smoke screen for Johnson’s multiple partying events. Again, your logic ‘somebody (not Starmer) broke the rules therefore the rules were not necessary’ is absurd. Some people regularly drive above the speed limit, it’s not evidence that there should not be a speed limit or that driving at high speed is not dangerous.

Starmer did not break the rules. He was investigated and cleared. The diversionary request for a second investigation will come to nothing. Regardless, people breaking the rules is not evidence that the COVID virus was not as dangerous as the medical experience advised. Your suggestion tgat it was is absurd.
