Maybe some girls actually want sex. Why should the guy give it to her for free?
 
I know a Thai university student who was very frank with me when I asked her why she never attended classes. Her reply was "I would rather be fxxxing. ". She went on to tell me that she only ever had sex with a guy one time as she didn't want a relationship and that many guys paid her money regularly in the hope of keeping her.

Unlikely any jail time. 2,000 baht fine. Compensation to lady for medical bills and out of pocket expenses. Police like to get this sort of crime off their books as fast as possible with not much paperwork. Given the victim agrees.. 

Police will “persuade” the victim not pursue to court! A country and so called law enforcement system that has no respect for justice or human rights . Yes it’s called Thailand !!!!!
