Interesting how the "kill toll" by the Thai military is well into the hundreds when the protestors in the streets are pro-democracy and zero when it is pro-establishment protestors in the streets.

 

Something he failed at miserably when he was in power. Unfortunately, some people died.

Had to have a dig! If The PM had been tough on lawlessness in 2010 many more would have died . And of course absolute abysmal failure by Prayut and his Cohorts on corruption and economically, growth at 3% after 5 years whereas other SE Asian economies higher!

Haha. Never ever paid 2 months deposit for rental in Thailand , Bangkok or anywhere else ! It never applied in other countries I have rented,and when I was a landlord in the Uk I was only allowed to ask for 1 month deposit !

All the massage shops had to close on January 1.  None of the leases were renewed.  I believe the Ambassador Hotel owns the land and was tired of complaints by their female guests about where their husbands were at night!  Already, 2 Indian restaurants have taken the opportunity and expanded into some of the old massage shops.  I don't know if the Villa property is part of the Ambassador land, but it certainly looks like someone has big plans for Soi 11-and it probably won't look like anything we want.
