    The fact Pattaya (and Phuket) are the epicenters of the unholy trifecta (of prostitution, drugs and drunkenness) in Thailand is not lost on anyone (Thai and foreigners alike). You either know it and acknowledge it, or turn a blind eye. But everyone knows it's there, and what that means/entails (i.e., lowlifes abound - both customers and operators).
