Very good. Also when I take the dog to the beach and it craps I'm not expected to pick up crap. Drinking alcohol at the beach here in Thailand is nice. Pop a beer on a beach in Ca. and you'd be in deep do do.

1. Corruption is all aspects of life. Awesome. Speeding tickets costs 500 thb max, in the US in the 7000thb range. Agents can arrange retirement visas without the foreigner having the funds. A little cash can speed up most business dealings. Buzzed (not drunk) driving is tolerated here.

Corruption is awesome in Thailand. It's so embedded in day to day business but yet the foreigner do gooders always complain. This agent business is a win win for everyone. I'd wager a very large % of foreigners in Pattaya rely on using an agent. Oh and by the way the price in Pattaya for 90 day Non O and the 12 month extension with your own bank account is roughly 26,000 thb and in the 12-15,000 thb range for 12 month extensions.

I have a personal driver who's very good. Drops me off at the Embassy, picks me up when I've concluded my business and takes me home again, 2 hrs away. 3800 bht well spent.
