    Your bank knows, If the charges were by entering the account number (Not using the actual card). Or using duplicated card (needs the code on the card).

    By shorting wire you can only identify the Line wire. Shorting Line to N or E will trip a breaker since N and E are connected in the breaker box.

    ???????????? that is the largest BS I've ever heard. Obviously they don't trust your side and I don't buy the neighbor answer to your question. the problem is if you go trough conflict with the neighbor then it could become a permanent long problem. They just need to set their cameras to cover every direction of their own, not neighbor's. Perhaps this idea was not by professional installer, the neighbor asked for that spot.

    That's right. Good guys are those who can afford spending ฿฿฿ easily without a blink (no need land border cross). it has nothing to do with their background. Bad guys are those who are not able to spend easily, low budget or in financial trouble (often cross land borders). Now you figure.
