Stores selling old stamps in PATTAYA THAILAND
SAFETY FIRST replied to michelleayala's topic in Pattaya
Upstairs Mike shopping mall. I'm not sure what floor, if I remember it's the floor beneath the gym, at Beach Road end, there's a guy selling all sorts of old crap you might be interested in, I saw some stamps there. -

Sell it as is. Advertise it and when they come for inspection say you think it needs a new battery, give a kick to start and let them test ride. Now it's the new owners problem. Buy a Honda Scoopy or Click, you can't go wrong. -

My thoughts exactly. 'Average Joe' wants a relationship but doesn't want to pay. OMG, these loser guys better have a lot of money because they will be doing a lot of masterbating if not. -
NATIONAL NEWS from Surf 102.5 FM - Tuesday 3 October 2023

Ha ha ha, you're a funny guy. TD doesn't care about what you want, he's only out to make money of his advertising. I feel sorry for the people that advertise on his station. Thursday afternoon we had a storm, it started to clear in the evening, 103 went off air Thursday night, came back around 9am. On his local news broadcast Friday morning he blamed a lightning strike and PEA for high voltages etc. It only has to look like a shower and his station goes down, I'd hate to live near his studio, it's always got power outages. Reminds me of soi Pothole, only has to look like rain and it gets flooded ???? He's always saying words incorrectly, mis pronouncing, he has a hearing problem or an antagonizer, doing it on purpose. It's quite rediculous actually, he's always complaining about the English woman that works with him, being nasty to her how she pronounces words -
Too expensive, shop around, they're selling cheaper than 600k baht. Have a look at Flybird condo, similar pricing. If you're a handyman it's a good idea, you'll get lots of calls from tenants regarding plumbing and electrical issues. Make sure you get a good deposit. If you rent to the working girls there may be some fringe benefits for you (Hanky Panky), if so, keep me in the loop, if you are busy I can assist you in this area, I have quite a lot of free time and I live locally. ????

A couple of errors in your rant. 1. It was a woman. 2. Not rich, I'd say she is a 'want to be rich person', it's a little Benz, these smaller models are not expensive. I'd say the guy on the bike, not necessarily poor, probably riding illegally (unlicensed, no tax), probably not wearing a helmet and riding at speed. So Columbo, thanks for your mistaken input.

It's what Aussies do, we have our own lingo, you got to be Oz to understand. It's the free and easy life style us Aussies have. Growing up with great weather, we enjoy life more than most, our school sports are outdoors and fun, going to the beach every weekend to check out the chicks in their bikini's, it's the package. Aussies, luckiest people on the planet. It's probably why I don't understand the bitterness and negativity from some members, some seem angry and cranky with their comments. I'm always questioning their whinging and whining. https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSLc5rnR5/

Why don't you go down to soi Buakhao 7am each morning, talk to some of the foreigners drinking beer in the bars, don't worry if you miss their early morning drink as they head back to their room drunk lunchtime but they'll be there again late afternoon, sat in the same spot getting drunk for a second time. Poor guys, look lonely, killing themselves, it's very sad. ???? -

It must be tough for some. I'm lucky, I've been working offshore on a rotation, got a big family and a few good friends, my children keep me busy on my time off. I see Dan about Thailand's vlogs, he's here with his wife and children but he's trying to get more foreigners living here. I wish he'd stop, too many foreigners here now. I'd like to know how many from the west, retire here and become lonely, it can be very unhealthy, sadly I reckon it can be fatal to for some. -

Chinese Woman Falls to Her Death From a Hotel in Phuket
SAFETY FIRST replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
I think I see the problem. This is not what a normal tourist does.. Quite common in Pattaya. Lots of foreigners, spend all their money, when there's nothing left, it's over the edge they go. Above Mike shopping mall before the renovations, there was a rooftop swimming pool, many times, foreigners would make their way to the rooftop and jump. Made sense for management to shut down the swimming pool. -
what you do with your house when you are away in thailand?
SAFETY FIRST replied to parafareno's topic in General Topics
Yep, I was actually saying what you said in a polite way. It makes sense to have the bother (Thai husband) living under the same roof. These Thai girls, at least half the age of the foreigners have very little in common. Having a companion, similar age and culture gives the girl satisfaction in an awkward relationship We in the west would never allow our wife to be in a sexual relationship with another man but we are spoilt. The Thais being extremely poor and at times the guys are lazy it's a great outcome -
