I've seen it 1st hand. Pattaya has been my home over 20 years. Immigration office back when it was located soi 8, used to be friendly, very friendly. Land office, Suksubai, now located Laem Chabung, it was a very friendly department. City Hall, was extremely friendly, still not too bad. Now the staff at these government offices are hostile, rude at times. You can blame the YouTubers. Dan about Thailand, broke down the monthly living costs for an expat looking to relocate to Thailand, he came up with rediculous figures, 30k baht a month. Who can live a quality life on that budget. Dan has attracted all the penny less miserable, moaning Brits to come here. It's the nasty, disrespectful, abusive foreigners, that has changed the Thai's attitude towards us, NO DOUBT.
