This is an unfair post. Pictures of Ongoing work. Thai basher, eeh? Lots here I can see, negative comments, etc. Most I reckon are coming from those abroad. Yes, the worksite is a little different to what we are used to but so are the prices..... council fees, water rates, internet charges etc. You want the cake and eat it too. I like Thailand the way it is, it's not perfect but nor am I. Yes the OP is asking for quality tourists, it's a fair request. I reckon they should also ask for normal tourists, some of the freaks and weirdos, oddballs and misfits I see arriving is alarming.

I've noticed quite a few new tourists (not of high quality) arriving in Pattaya recently, riding around soi Buakaow, shirtless, full of tattoos, without masks or helmets. It's a shame some of these guys didn't use some of the money spent on all those tattoos buying a gym membership, it's not a nice site, grotesque. Anyway I'm sure they feel they are sexy man once more of the bars open up and the bar girls can tell them.

I've had a few friends from the States that came to visit me and they have had similar issues. My friend works in China, he came to visit me recently, has a Realme Q3 Pro 5G, has a 5G AIS sim but cannot get a 5G signal. He's been into the Central Festival AIS office and the technician told him his 5G phone is not compatible with Thailand 5G network.

Nope; that's not correct. n41(TDD) is the same everywhere. You are likely mixing it with n7(FDD) As I said, n41 band using different frequencies is going to cause conflict. You're not going to connect.

Yes, so that's the frequency range worldwide. So, if you are Samsung, Apple, OPPO etc. you can manufacture your smartphone 5G chipset to communicate within this range. If America is using the 2500 Mhz frequency and Thailand is on 2600 MHz frequency there's a mismatch. So, your American phones 5G will not function in Thailand, it will revert back to the 4G signal

I'm a complainer and always liked lazadas email support but this has disappeared, just a BOT now, stupid idea, it sends you in a loop. So I'm more careful what I buy making sure I pay by credit card, Kasikorn bank has been very helpful getting refunds for me in the past. eg. I bought 2 identical refrigerators for 2 identical condos I bought a few years back, the vendor sent me the one I ordered and another which was larger in size (useless), the vendor would not change for the same I originally ordered. I went to the Kasikorn customer service at my local branch filled out the the forms and a few weeks later my money was refunded. BTW, I still have the fridge I didn't want so now have a nice beer fridge outside, my friends that come see me think it's great, helping themselves to my beers if I'm not home. Does anyone have an email address for lazada complaints?

I can't see them being happier. Before covid I'd have to fly once a month for work. Leaving Pattaya was the saddest day for me, leaving my family, on the way to the airport seeing the sexy chicks riding their scooters, walking the streets, bloody beautiful. It was much different when I came back to Pattaya, so happy ????

I feel for the bank manager, known her for nearly 20 years, back then she was an assistant manager Pattaya Tai branch, so very helpful. She is such a hard worker and has helped me with many issues, trying so hard to get items I wasn't entitled to because of my visa status (Working offshore I traveled to Thailand on a tourist visa, working on a 28/28 rotation so tourist visa all I needed), such as credit cards, including spouse, foreign currency account, bank safety box etc., every Christmas/New year she would always give me a little gift. I hope she doesn't suffer because of this 1 bad egg (criminal) Sadly this theft, fraudulent behavior issue could happen to any branch, any bank.
