In your laptop settings, located around languages are keyboard configuration settings. You'll find keyboard settings, here you can opt for a different (minor) layout eg. US English, UK English etc, try a different option. Depending on your operating system there should be a few to choose from. Your keyboard will remain qwerty just your non alphabet keys will change.
